This was my first time ordering from this Chipotle and will definitely be the last. I didn’t even get to eat my lunch (burrito bowl) because both the bag and the bowl it came in were completely soaked through to the bottom. I took maybe one step and all my food fell through the bag and onto the ground. and the bowl was not sealed properly either because more than half of my burrito bowl spilled out onto the ground. so the burrito bowl is completely inedible. I reported this issue as well and was told my feedback would be delivered to the estate to help improve future service. Like, really?! I at least thought I’d be refunded or even just credited for the bowl! But again, I was informed that this wasn’t possible. Needless to say, I am very upset and disappointed with the outcome after I took the time to report what happened. Needless to say, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone — not even my worst enemy.

Great meal, once again from Chipotle. 1st time in Memphis, TN. The team here worked well together. Clean store out front and inside. Outdoor and indoor dining. Don’t forget to sign up for tbe Chipotle rewards… I just got free side of guacamole using mine. Grab some chips and salsa too. I prefer the Barbacoa bowl, sometimes a flour tortilla on the side too. (Much better store here, than tbe other one a few minutes away… by far. I had to walk out it was so bad.

Great experience nothing but exceptional food still in stock and hot and ready, associates with great energy and customer service. No one complaining about the time they worked or about how long they’ve been working for their shift. Full operating store until the time they close like it should be. Way better service than the one here near union ave. 2046 Union Ave, Memphis, TN 38104, United States. Made my night after being ruined a store chose not to make food while still having a whole hour left before they close. I appreciate this place doing what’s needed to be done. Didn’t waste me driving more. Thank you God for the simple processes.

There is a chipotle hack where you can ask for double or more scoops of everything except meat, guacamole, and queso for no extra cost. This is the first place to actually get me a second tortilla wrap to keep all the ingredients from spilling on me when I opened the burrito. Overall it is fairly small area but it is also nice, clean, and vibrant. Overall, the service was great and the staff was laughing about how big the burrito was, the burrito was delicious, and it was comfortable and inviting.

Worst chipotle I have ever been too. All of the windows have hand prints and look like they haven’t been wiped down before. Every worker was on their phone. The rice was barely cooked. Chicken had bones in it. Beans were cold. Absolutely worst food I have ever had. Needs to be shut down.

There was a hair in my food. It was mixed in with the rice or chicken. I literally lost my appetite and felt nauseous. I took a picture after taking it out, there’s no way it came from me the way it came out on the fork. I was too stunned to think about what I was seeing. I’m spending so much already but then getting food with hair in it. I want to speak to a manager about this issue. This is really disturbing and hairnets should be mandatory.

I have been to this location often and the service is good. The portion sizes are great in person but drive through pickup can vary. I feel sometimes they are a bit careless with those (I’ve had great bowls and then others drowned in sour cream or with barely any lettuce). When I’ve gone the staff has been friendly. More often than not the food has good seasonings but there are times it lacks a bit of flavor. Of the ones in the area it is my favorite both in quality of food and service.

I did an online pickup order. The order was on time and my food was perfect! The ingredients are fresh and everything i asked for on my burrito was there in every bite (evenly distributed ingredients, not lumped on 1 side). This place cares about quality!
