I had ordered catering for a birthday party for the first time with Chipotle—And it was incredible. The packaging was superb, they put the warm foods and cold foods in different boxes. The food was tightly packed and secure. They even walked it all to my car with enthusiasm and kindness.
I recommend them to everyone now! I’m so glad they opened to catering because it’s a time saver! And a delicious buffet for my guest.

Worst chipotle in the Memphis area! My order is wrong every single time I go here. After this time, I feel a review is needed. This time my salad dressing was left out of the bag, no utensils included for my salad and the sour cream has chunks of other stuff in it? Pictured. Tells me they’re using one spoon for different things. GROSS. My salad had the TINIEST amount of lettuce, it looks like a burrito bowl not a salad. I pushed back all the toppings (with a togo utensil I had in my car, thanks to no utensils provided by this Chipotle) to see if I was somehow missing it but no, just a few pieces of lettuce in the bottom. Also pictured. Do not recommend this chipotle to anyone, the staff doesn’t pay attention to what’s on the order or check the orders before going out. Management needs to do some training.

I’m a regular at this chipotle and they give good portions and if you ask for more they will give you more very politely. honestly the service is awesome i’m always in and out and when i first started going they were extremely nice to me.

My experience was overall pretty good. I ordered takeout with one of my friends. I got a burrito with chicken, brown rice,black beans, spinach, queso, and shredded mozzarella. It tasted amazing and the service was quick. The inside and outside of the restaurant was very clean and the staff were very polite. I will definitely be coming back.

I would like to thank the team working today!! November 3, 2025 around 11:30. I have never had a more positive experience at this location. They seemed to be understaffed and overworked, yet they all had great attitudes! Only one employee was able to work the line, from the start of order to checking you out at the register. This employee remained pleasant, welcoming, and helpful to special requests. Thank you for a great chipotle experience!

This is my first time going to Memphis in the daytime and I think they were very organized. Only thing I did not like a pan of food is getting low. It will take a fresh pan. Mix the rest of the pan into the new pan training the new onesI had a lot of sour cream on the last chicken bowl I ordered. I should have been paying a little bit more attention, but burritos are massive my first one.

Terrible portion sizes! Ordered a $27 bowl with double meat, extra rice, extra cheese, sour cream and guacamole. Got half the amount of meat, half a cup of rice. Spoon full of sour cream and guacamole. Seems like they were running low and didn’t want to make more just yet. I was able to to fit my whole order in a plastic 50cent bowl from target WITH extra brown rice that I had at home. Definitely will not be coming back. Should’ve listened to tiktok

The food service counter where they make the food was a mess. In the self service drink nook area, the floor was wet, as well as the drink bar. The silverware was not covered, napkins were on the floor, and there were either gnats or flies flying in the restaurant. The dining area also had napkins on the floor and the tables looked like they had not been cleaned for a while.
Service:
The service was fair. I was greeted when I walked in. The ladies fixing my food and the cashier were all very pleasant. The only thing I would like to bring to attention, was that the young lady fixing my rice and meat was chewing that gum like it was going out of style.

For the little bit that I did manage to eat, it was ok. I cannot eat spicy food and for whatever reason, there were spicy spots in my food. My guess is that they dished the spicy sauce over some of the other food.

I encountered Horrible customer service,I was over charged and sat down to eat and huge roaches were crawling .The dark skinned African American lady(the cashier )is extremely rude every time I come in to this location. I hope this matter is resolved and they hire a pest control company soon. I have attempted to contact management by calling the number listed on both occasions.
The number is automated and never connects to a live person. I visit this location weekly and it’s only gotten worse. I’ve added reciepts and pictures to show how horrible my experience was.

UPDATE TO BELOW: I’m not sure if there is some fraud going on at this location or what, but I just realized that I paid cash for that burrito over $14, but when I returned it, they pretended like I didn’t pay cash (because they had the receipt in their hands and I no longer had it to confirm my original payment type, and thankfully I took a picture and put it out there with this review, because they wouldn’t return my original receipt to me, and they made me give them my debit card to refund my money and would not give me my cash back) Upper management needs to take a look a closer look at what is happening at this location so I am about to check my bank account to see if that money has even been put into my account because they refused to give me my cash back!!! Something seems fishy about this place. Oh, and by the way, I failed to mention in my original review below. That the person who rung up my cell did not have gloves on and proceeded to no. Make a take out order for me of the green salsa and had his fingers all over in the lid of the container. And when I asked him if he wouldn’t mind putting up some gloves, he seemed to get a bit of an attitude throughout in the trash and then ask the colleague who was actually working on the line with gloves on making the sandwiches and the salad. It’s etc to prepare my salsa to go. Again, another health and safety concern.

When I got home where the lighting was better, I found myself chewing plastic!!! Now, this morning, I’m still having diarrhea, so I don’t know which ingredient in my tortilla was not kept at the right health department standard temperature, but something must have had bacteria growing in it or something because I’m still not feeling well..
This used to be a decent location to run out to for lunch or dinner, but I guess just like the closing of Cheesecake Factory, the rest of these restatrunts in the Cordova Memphis area are probably gonna be following that same path and it’s very unfortunate.
I bought this tortilla last night that’s supposed to have what is called brisket in it, sour cream, corn, lettuce, undercooked
brown rice, pinto beans, black bean, and Pico.
I won’t be going back except for my money back!!@
