The food is good! I mean it’s chipolte doesn’t really differ from location to location too much. The biggest issue is the service, it doesn’t matter if I’ve been the only person in line or in a line of 10 people. There never seems to be anyone working, or the one of two front of house workers have to run away to figure out where the fresh food is at or step away to cook it themselves. I LOVE chipolte but it’s… insane that’s it’s consistently like this at this location.

I ordered a bowl here and the only meat that looked edible at the time was the carnitas. I also ordered a bag of the $1.90 chips, which is a little less than half the bag in terms of the portion size. The chips were also stale. I went back and told the cashier and he offered me another bag, which also included stale chips. He insisted the chips were made that morning. I’d recommend developing a better system for maintaining the freshness of the chips.

Today’s service was fast, efficient, and polite. The food was better than other Chip’s in the area. The staff was also better. Normally mall meals are not that good. We were surprised they were this good. Five of us ate and three ordered from the Chip. The dinning area is loud, but expected. The dinning area was marginally clean.

Every chipotle I have ever been too has amazing quality and service. This one was no different. I love how the service here is quick and efficient. How the food is in biodegradable containers, and how the food is sustainable and fresh. I love the minimalistic aspects of every chipotle store and I call them,” the apple stores of the fast food industry”. The food is always delicious with every bite and is consistent throughout their brand. I absolutely love chipotle it is definitely one of my favorites and I will always eat at their chain of restraunts. Highly recommend:)

I must commend Chipotle at West Town Mall in Knoxville for being the most professional and clean of all the Chipotle spots in the area. Every visit has been on point, thanks to the attentive and friendly staff.
It is always cleaner behind the counter than in other locations, even though they’re usually much busier. The quality of the food consistently meets the standards I expect from Chipotle, and the service ensures a seamless experience. Kudos to the team for maintaining such a top-notch operation. This Chipotle is undoubtedly my go-to in Knoxville.
