Absolute worst Chipotle I have ever had. Just a leaky mess of garbage. My order was a steak burrito bowl and a chicken salad. Bowl had barely any beans, rice or steak. Steak was overcooked, old, and hard like it was beef jerky. A mountain of sour cream and salsa. The salad had barely any actual salad in it. Portion size was insanely small. I am not from Knoxville. I get the jokes now how Chipotle has dropped in quality now. The Chipotle I am use to where I am from has dropped slightly but not like this. This is overpriced garbage. I couldn’t even finish this. Massively disappointing. To start the salad dressing exploded in the bag and everything was covered. Just added to the misery.

Don’t spend ur money here. These workers are college kids and they just don’t care. I get it, college town what can you expect. But it’s ridiculous to pay $11-$14 for a bowl with barely enough rice base to fill up the container, and don’t bother asking because you’ll just get an eye roll If you’re looking to eat on the strip, much better options. The picture attached is my bowl upon opening, thought someone had already eaten the other half or something lol!!!

Spoke with Forest the manager on duty about the bathroom being closed 2 hours before the store closed. Asked for a resolution was not provided with one. Asked for the managers card to talk directly tried to leave a message no result. Please keep restroom open till closing.

I order from this location often and always have to check my bag when ordering mobile because they tend to get stuff incorrect. The quality is inconsistent but I do understand they are constantly busy. I love chipotle though so I continue to come back!
