This was my second time at this location. The first time I ordered the kids build your own and got two proteins and one veggie. The price was $5.70 plus tax. This time I get the same thing and the lady tells me the total is $14+. I asked her why it was so much for the kids meal. She was rude and said, “Well, I can’t give away meat.” I told her I had gotten the same thing last time and it was regular price. She then said, “Sorry, someone really dropped the ball on that one. I can’t give you free meat.” I wasn’t asking for free meat. If you are charging extra for protein, you should tell the customer upfront. It’s frustrating to go one time and not be charged, then the next time not only be charged extra but also receive bad customer service.
On top of that, the food was cold. I won’t be back to the Kingsport location. $14.74 for a kids meal is ridiculous.

Great place to eat. Management is excellent and aren’t afraid to did in and work the line or do dishes when needed. The food is always fresh and its just a nice place ro go in. There is a drive thru but it is pick up only. You jave.ro order your food from the app there is no order sign.

We ordered for myself and my wife. Mine was good, hers not so much! She got a burrito bowl with Carnitas,brown rice and pinto beans. The carnitas were so over cooked that they were completely dried out and hard (picture below). I only give 1 star because mine was good.

This is the first time I have ever left a bad review but my experience was so bad I felt compelled. The restraunt was very dirty. Garbage overflowing, food all over tables and food prep areas. No forks, no toilet paper in bathroom. The food was cold and based on how bad the place looked there was no telling how long it had been that way. I had serious questions about the safety of the meat. When I told the one girl upfront that I could find these things she accused me of being very rude and singling her out(she was the only one out front) she told me to leave. I was shocked to be honest. I know I wasn’t rude. I try to always treat people like I want to be treated. I also think people should have an opportunity to fix things. Everyone has a bad night. My experience was terrible which saddens me because we waited a long time for chipoltle to come to this area. What a shame. Definately don’t want food poisoning or to eat in filth and treated badly. Customer beware!

the service i received tonight was very disappointing. i’m a regular customer due to my eating restrictions. I am a store manager and if my employee acted the way this lady acted towards my guest, she would be fired. Unfortunately most people think it’s okay to have a terrible customer service attitude. Simply don’t work in the public if helping with basic customer needs is an issue for you. So sad this store is going down hill.

The girl that was working tonight was absolutely phenomenal. I think she might have been the supervisor at the time. My husband and I have been in to this location a few times in the past month and I keep forgetting to catch her name. Five star service for sure!

Food quality is absolutely terrible. I just had to throw a whole burrito away because the rice was not cooked. Was like they took it straight out of the bag and put it on my burrito. The chips were burnt. It’s very disappointing when you work hard for money and expect quality food when you decide to go buy you something to eat chipotle will never get my money again and I hope this changes the food quality.

Thus last time (and it’s truly last as in final) was horrible. Wr order for tacos through Door Dash and it was TWENTY-EIGHT DOLLARS! And we’re Door Dash members so we don’t pay a delivery charge.
One Chicken, Two Steak and one shredded beef. Fatty meat, unappetizing packaged, a total absence of ordered toppings. We did complain to Door Dash and when they sa the photos they refunded the entire cost.
Taco Bell would even be far superior to this!
So disappointed after all the hype.

It’s definitely not worth all the hype because its a new restaurant i went in got served quickly but the food portion was horrible steak was old and super chewy food was warm at best Johnson city give way better portions and they made it seem like an inconvenience id rather go to the Johnson City one better portion and better atmosphere definitely not going to be back
