I usually have a very positive experience at Chipotle. It was one of the few places I could count on for quality. Today was the worst experience I have had with a Chipotle. I waited over 30 minutes for steak to be cooked. Once I received the steak, it was cold. It was also not in the taco shells but I’ll let that slide since it could have, possibly moved while I walked the 30 yards to my apartment.

I ordered Quesadilla for my kid with black beans. We found a chicken piece in black beans in his food. He doesn’t eat chicken and was unable to eat after that. We asked the staff and without any responsibility they just said they can’t replace his food. I won’t recommend this place for vegetarians

Food itself tasted good, however my chips were inedibly stale, and my bowl was less than half full. I usually don’t have issues with chipotle, but given my experience at this location I’d rather drive the 20 minutes to others.

If you are looking for take out this is great.I was there 10/26 at 1110 am. It was chilly weather outside and as we rushed in we thought we entered the cooler at Costco. Restaurants need to simply set a temp rule and have the manager monitor it. Just too cold inside

Love eating here because of the freshness of the food and proximity to everything downtown including 27. The employees are usually really nice and the general manager in very caring and professional. Love the quesadilla you can order on the app! Tacos are amazing. The burritos are sooo big, big enough for two meals unless you just ran a marathon and are starving imo. The burrito bowls are soo good and a great option after working out nearby! Has a nice outdoors seating area. Very clean with a very modern feel. Love that the food is customizable and you tell them what you want on everything.

It’s annoying when you order ahead and have to wait still. It’s extra annoying when you pay extra for chips and queso ($8) and they are stale. I’d not add that extra if there was an alert for that or something, but they let you go on your way. Ruins my whole experience.

There is no place to park except a pay here lot, so $2 down before you get to the door! Rice was not cooked all the way, chips were stale (probably yesterday’s), and all of this for $21.50!!! Never again

So many things were broken. Sink in the women’s room, the grill to make quesadillas just key restaurant upkeep to make the experience passable. We also couldn’t sit at a table with chairs because there are only two. One was taken and the other was so dirty. Normally I would wipe a table down myself but it needed real attention. We were there at a down time.

Chipotle explain to me why my bowl looks half eaten and is barely filled. I don’t even think it’s unreasonable to not fill it completely all the way, but just enough where it looks like it has actual food in it that doesn’t look eaten. It’s really sad because I’m starting to realize I might have to switch companies because this is just ridiculous. Dos Bros has never done this to me
