Great experience from this location. We ordered delivery(door dash). For Chipotle’s part, the food was ready extremely fast, and was very fresh. Everything was exactly as we ordered it. Our portion sizes exceeded our expectations, and everything both looked and tasted great. Will definitely order from here every time we come through. We ordered a chicken burrito bowl and tacos (photo is missing a taco because I couldn’t wait to dig in.)

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a chipotle. Very rude employee and had an attitude and rolled her eyes when I asked her extra cheese. They were all out of sour cream. Did not give us a tray to carry food on to sit down when I asked for a tray again had an attitude with me. I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. I told them thank you anyways and was kind and no response. Facility was very dirty. Bathroom disgusting. My daughter said her taco tasted weird, I tried it and she was right something was not right. We live in Chattanooga and the service there is AMAZING and facility well kept. Food very good. Will not be returning to this location.

We’re regular patrons of Chipotle no matter where we go. We normally get the bowl and my son loves their burrito. This time he ordered the same as me and hubs and he was happy.
This location was by far out of the 5 minimum locations we’ve visited had the greatest ambiance and cleanest. Portions were decent. We got the chicken bowl with two bags of chips and a side of queso. One of the bags had fresh chips and the other not as. The queso we can live without and will not order again. We love the vinaigrette sauce and would highly recommend mixing it with your food. It amplifies the flavor and is a must!
Complete utensils and other stuff in the drinks and condiments area. The workers are fast and courteous.
There’s restrooms available and ample parking spaces for patrons.
Try them for yourself.

Stood in line for over 20 mins had 7 people in front of me. Only one guy working the counter. When I did get to order they where out of chicken, beef, and many other items pinto beans looked like 2 days old. They had 6 workers in the place what a joke will not be back. If I could leave less stars i would.

Not gonna lie if I could give this less stars I would. Quite possibly the worst chipotle I’ve been too. First time we tried it, I ordered guacamole and when I got home it was almost black. Absolutely disgusting and pretty much rotting. The pic I have doesn’t even show how awful it was. My order was also completely wrong as I ordered a bowl and a burrito double wrapped and got 2 bowls and still charged for an extra tortilla. We decided to give it another try tonight, same disappointment however this time it was the almost cold and chunky Queso and stale chips. I think the worst part is that it wasn’t busy both times and that should have been our sign. I would have rather waited in line at dos bros which is why we went to chipotle this time anyway.

Great place for some fresh food. Recommend getting the chicken bowl. Food portions are inconsistent. You’ll either get a good portion of portion or a half scoop if they are running low and don’t have back up protein. Placing a to-go order always seems to have a small portion vs ordering in person
