This was the second time we came to this location within a month. I am a local. We came here to grab a quick bite to eat before my daughter’s soccer game. Both times we walked in the tables were dirty. Not one single clean table to sit down at.
I wouldn’t say the staff behind the counter were rude, but they certainly are not over friendly or happy to be there. It’s more than obvious.
This particular time it looked like a homeless camp. Paper towels and trash strewn across the fountain drink machine. Trash was spilling out of the trash cans and onto the floor. Tables and floors were not straight and dirty. Before we could sit down, I literally had to get a paper towel and wet it with water from the fountain and clean the table myself….see posted pics.
And to top it all off even though we just got her food it was cold. Even my daughters who are 12 stated the same thing. Don’t take my word for it… Read the other reviews. Customer service is everything… You can have great food, but if the experience sucks it’s not worth it…. Especially for the $30 you spend on three fast food burrito dinners.

DO NOT go to this Chipotle!!! The person who took my order came to the counter and I said can i get a chicken bowl? She said “chicken bean, rice?”… and I replied, yes. Thinking she adding if I wanted all 3 items.
She glared at me and repeated “chicken, rice beans”. And i said Yes louder, thinking she couldn’t hear me the first time.
She just glared at me.
So I looked down at the options and realized she’s asking which of the chicken, beans and rice options I wanted. So I asked her if that’s what she needed from me to clarify. She again just glared at me.
So I finally figured it out and ordered.
Then she rang me up and shoved my food to me and walked away from the register.
I had already had an emotional day and my eyes welled up with tears just because of the tension I felt.
But the food was great as usual.
This was at 5:20pm

Went in at 5:30pm for dinner. The only meat they had available was chicken (and it looked hours old and dry) everything else was empty. The queso and grilled veggies looked like they had been sitting there all day. Do they not prepare for the dinner rush? The service was horrible and the dining room was dirty. This is my trip to Chipotle. The last few experiences have been terrible. Makes me sad because I used to really love this establishment.

First time going to chipotle. The food was what I expected it to be. It was decent enough. Portion size was more than enough for the cost. My only complaint was the customer service was lacking. They do want customers to come back right? I suppose this is an issue at most fast food places these days. I always hold out hope catching a diamond in the rough but certainly not at this location.

This chipotle is beyond lame. Always skimping out on portions. “White rice please” followed by 3 teaspoons of rice being thrown into the bowl, not even enough to feed a small rabbit. I asked for carne asada and the lady plopped 3 measly pieces of steak into the bowl, when I asked for a tad more, the seemingly angry drill sergeant woman in charge of the store at the time piped up from the back saying “that will be charged for a double”. She only gave me about 2 more pieces of steak. The service is rude and uncaring. Went last week around 6:30 pm and they said “we are out of rice for the night, sorry”. Mind you, they don’t close until 10. Pretty much a bad experience every time I go. Chips are pretty good here though. This place makes me feel sadness.

Waited in line 15 minutes and no one came up to take orders. There was about 10 of us and 7 of us left. There was a worker but she was not one who takes orders and did not communicate well at all. The tables were disgusting and floors littered from one end to the other. Servic area was extremely messy. Found out the counter person went to lunch, she was next door a Panera getting dinner. Good choice as I opted to eat at panera which was fully staffed, tables were clean.

I have been here 4 times. Every time, the restaurant is just unappealingly dirty. Towards the end of the evening, the food is stake and if they run out if something, you are out of luck. They refused to make more rice for me, for example. The service is unhelpful.

My husband stopped by this chipotle after a 12 hour shift at the hospital. The worker was on her phone talking to someone and he asked for white rice, she just said “we don’t have any”, then he asked for brown rice and she barely gave him any. He went with chicken because that’s all they had, she also barely gave him any chicken and he asked if he could have more and she said “do you want to pay more”. This is ridiculous and chipotle needs to hold their workers accountable, this individual clearly has had several complaints and still nothing has been done.

These people did not prepare my order made via the app. Only time this has ever happened. Not only did they not prepare the order but refused to give me a refund even when I presented them the receipt. They said I “had to submit the refund on the app”. The app is terrible and uses a chat bot. Never got my food or a refund. Just a horrible experience with terrible customer service and an incompetent staff.

How this chipotle is open still is beyond me!! Being a business owner myself I have never received such horrible customer service and unfriendliness. The staff was just sitting around playing a game one rude gentlemen finally got up after five mins of standing there just staring at them all hangout. He got up said just so u know we only have one item for sale no sides or extras available and it was mid evening. Unwilling to just even open up some lettuce for the one meat they did have considering they had no rice no beans no veggies no salsa cheese guacamole pretty much anything not even a bag of chips!!!! I hope I do receive a response from somewhere who cares about this failing establishment.
