I had a weird experience at this location! The guy who makes the chicken did not have it ready and there was a huge line in the store and customers including myself had to wait 20 minutes before they could cook and cut the chicken to fill the bowl.
The guys who work here are super slow and take forever to make your order, if you’re dining or take away.
I also found a small stone that in my order from yesterday which i thankfully did not gulp cus am pretty sure it would have given me nightmare and sent me to the hospital fr.

Why is it that every time I eat at this location it seems that the employees want to end themselves? They look miserable, unwilling to serve you, and speed is a snails pace. It’s not a pleasurable experience. I feel like I have ruined their life when I walk in to order some food.

Work lunch on a Thursday afternoon. The staff was great, very friendly and polite. The man at the register with medium-length locks had a very kind energy about him. Me and my crew enjoyed our meals which were tasty. My coworker’s burrito was nice and large, like an OG Chipotle portion.

When we first walked in we were greeted with mad faces, restaurant was not the cleanest. We thought maybe it hey just had a rush of people. When we walked to the counter the serve rolled her eyes. That was enough for us. We walked out. Also the food on the line looked like it had been sitting. There was a ring around the beans and the meat looked burnt and dry. I couldn’t eat here and would not return. Please do better.

There was a dead bug chicken rice bowl! I got it to-go just a bit ago, I’m 1/3 way through the bowl to find the bug IN the white rice. I feel sick. On top of that, the service was terrible, they acted as if you were a burden ordering food.

This was my first time visiting this location due to 21st telling me they were only taking mobile orders. But this location exceeded my expectations by far compared to all the other locations. Stella was super friendly and made my order perfect just how I like it! And Jorge the cashier was super friendly and helpful as well! My order was super fresh and the dining room was spotless! This will definitely be my home location from this point onwards. Great workers and great atmosphere! Would definitely recommend over the Vanderbilt location any day hands down
