I ordered a regular chicken quesadilla, and when I got home, it was the size of a child’s. The portion size felt very small for the price. On top of that, the chicken was fatty and very dark brown. The bowl in our order came fine though. I hope they can improve the quesadilla portion and quality.

Always rip people off on portions, we had to start paying extra for “double protein” and still don’t even get normal amount. Today was the last straw, didn’t even get half of a bowl and barely any Protein MAYBE 1/4 of “normal” amount. A manager needs to speak to and re-train employees this is HORRIBLE service. What a waste of money.

We ordered and had it delivered by Uber eats…..the guacamole was black and disgusting. I thought Chipotle was better than this…..I need a refund for the guacamole at least…..terrible experience and would not recommend this store.

Really poorly kept location. They don’t even put normal portions for kids meals. It wasn’t even like a manager was looking over their shoulders to make sure they skimped to save money. They were just too lazy to care about filling the proper amounts. The young guy even dropped the tongs completely into the barbacoa and kept scooping for the next person, covered in barbacoa.
Workers appear to be put out by your presence.
I generally will be avoiding this place in the future. Poorly managed. Location must be really suffering from lack of applications with the people they hired.

Stopped in for lunch with my son. The place was dead, only one other customer in there. I usually get barbacoa but it looked terrible so I opted for steak. Food was ok, definitely had been sitting out a while. My son did not like his kids tacos.

The dining room is consistently dirty and unkept and the food is quite literally the worst of any chipotle I’ve ever been to. I was a HUGE chipotle fan and used to have it at least a couple times a week but this location has ruined my entire appetite for the brand. The chicken is constantly overcooked. It is not carmelized, it’s burnt from the grill’s carbon build up from not being cleaned throughout the day. Oh and they are stingy with their portions too. I feel like a begger going through the line to get the bottom of my bowl covered with rice. Save your money and hit the food warmer from the gas station next door. It will be a better experience.

Overall solid Chipotle experience. The dining room really needs to be kept more clean, as I was forced to clean off tables just so me and my crew could actually have a place to sit and eat. Otherwise the service and the food was just fine at this location. A lot more attention to detail needs to be made here on the cleanliness!!

Not sure what happened but as of recently I have to ask for extra portions of everything to get somewhat the amount of food I used to get when I used to have to ask for “light” portions and their app is no help. I miss the days when my bowl would be overflowing and was satisfied with the amount of money I paid for it. Now I’m left still hungry and having to pay extra for “extra” portions.
