Placed call in order and pick up time was at 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:30 and they had not even started the order. I got the order at 4:40. This location had 1 couple eating their meal. While sitting inside, 3 individuals ordered in person and left with their food. I was told 1 person working mobile orders and 3 just standing around serving no one. Please teach your team to help each other. Who was managing this team at this time and not shifting payroll to the area that is busy!

We walked into the store to order, and the employee used the last of the barbacoa on my two tacos. She then retrieved an 8oz container from the back, and dropped it into the barbacoa liquid on the line, and proceeded to lose the meat she had just dropped—ultimately putting less than **one ounce** of meat (barely a shred) on his tacos. Instead of asking if he would like another protein, or just using the barbacoa he she had gotten from the back instead of ignoring food safety standards and putting it in the line full of liquid.

My boyfriend added guac to his tacos, only to receive **an excessive amount on one taco and barely any on the others**. The inconsistency was baffling. Why not use pre-measured spoons like Blue Coast Burrito does? It would prevent these issues and ensure portions are fair. To make matters worse, they never drain the meat or beans, leaving everything soggy.

I understand the staff is primarily teenagers, but there was zero effort here. Even the employee adding the meat looked knowingly uncomfortable with the laughable portion, and the one dumping guac showed the same lack of care.

Would you feel good about paying extra for a taco that’s essentially rice, guac, and lettuce—while being upcharged for a few scraps of pork? I called the store to discuss this and found their voicemail was **full**. Judging by recent reviews, this is a recurring issue, and management seems unbothered.

This location is fast and efficient. The workers at the window are not chatty but they are nice. There’s only been one guy who has been rude and I just matched his energy and was able to get through the transaction. Recently the food has been a little inconsistent in terms of freshness but the Guacamole is always good.

Went in and ordered a chicken bowl. When I was served a minuscule amount of of chicken, I asked for just a little more, which they provided. Upon getting ready to pay, it was about $5 more than usual. I asked why and they charged me for double chicken. I told them I did not order double chicken and was not going to pay for something I didn’t order. They offered no resolution so I walked out. I guess they just tossed it in the trash. What they are doing is an unethical business practice. I won’t be going back to this location.

I wish there was a negative rating to add.
Worst customer service with the older lady, not letting the staff to keep the actual amount of meat that is supposed to be on the burrito.
We have the chicken burrito with just 3 pieces of chicken during an online order. And this is the second time encountering the lady shouting
In Indian language from the back, not letting the staff add the meat to customers.
Looking at the other similar reviews, chipotle management, look into this lady, she might be skimming the meat for her personal use !!!!

I had a disappointing experience at this location. The staff were rude and difficult to communicate with while ordering. The food was unexpectedly spicy—far more than what I’ve received at other locations where this same dish has no heat at all.
What appeared to be the manager on duty displayed unprofessional and unsanitary behavior. When assisting a cashier with a question, he placed containers (that should have been refrigerated) directly on the floor instead of a counter or back in the fridge. I also observed him eating chips and guacamole directly from the assembly line area.
Additionally, several employees behind the counter were behaving inappropriately, which made the overall atmosphere uncomfortable and unprofessional.
This location is in serious need of management oversight, employee training, and enforcement of proper health and safety standards.

Disappointed! Placed an online order and picked up our food through the drive through. Got home to find all of the guac was dark brown. Drove back to ask for a refund and they refused due to the fact I place it online. Assured this was still good guac, but I’ve never had an establishment serve guac that looked like this. Never going back to this Chipotle.

I came in around 8 pm after working a long shift and a work out in which I was absolutely famished. Jack greeted me right when I came in, was very kind which for whatever reason isn’t the norm lately at other places you go. This has to be one of the cleanest Chipotle’s I’ve seen in a long time. This location sounds be shut down. They give Chipotle a bad name. Employees have negative attitudes like they are being bothered, they don’t give you the same portions as other locations and their food is not as fresh as other locations. I’ve come here 4 times hoping for different, it’s the same every time. Almsk for the manager, when you see him, you’ll know why is a crap location.

To me if you go at 11:00 a.m. Fresh food but I went at 6:30 p.m. that was bare minimal food out bare minimal salsa left bare minimum everything left not only did they have very little to offer at 6:30 p.m. when I asked for a order off their menu the girl didn’t even know what to put in it without me specifically breaking down everything that’s in it so they don’t understand their own menu That’s not good service So no I won’t be going back I will be making my own
