New location. 5349 Murfreesboro Rd. OLD FOOD OUT. AND EMPTY PANS!!!! So I decided to wait for new freshly cooked chicken right….only for the girl to put OLD chicken on top and give me thst 35 minutes later!!!! What!!!!!??? This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. When they first open, it was decent. It declined week to week. I cussed to come once a week on lunch and I usually get there right before noon. The food is always old, the staff is either bland or kind of rude like they don’t want to be bothered. Rice is usually undercooked and the proteins are old and dry. There are 3 people or less every time I come for lunch since October. This is my last time coming, 4 terrible visits in a row and I can’t afford to just give money away for poor service and trashy food. I don’t see how this location will make it into 2027.

The service was awful. I used to work at Chipotle and they gave me lower than the recommended amount for everything. I got double meat and she gave me a significantly small portion. I asked for guacamole and I got a quarter size amount. Instead of making a big deal out of it I asked for a side of guacamole and she only filled up the cup half way. Her manager had to stop her and tell her she needs to continue filling up the cup. One of the other staff members was on break and waiting next to me. The girl was talking to her the whole time and not paying attention to anything she was doing. I’ve only been to this location once and I’m never coming back. I’d rather drive to Smyrna.

Didn’t have a problem with the staff since it was a pickup. Glad I didn’t order meat since everything else was awful. Guacamole was extremely oxidized and had been sitting all day. Rice was very stale. Only thing that tasted fresh was the chips.

I ordered a bowl and as soon as I opened it, I noticed a weird smell. At first, I wasn’t sure, so I took a couple bites — but by the third spoonful, the smell was strong. It was exactly how food smells when it’s been sitting out too long and gone bad.
I brought the full bowl back and told them I thought the veggies were spoiled, especially since it looked like I got the scraps from the bottom of the pan. I even asked them to smell it, and they refused. Instead, the cashier rolled her eyes and gave me attitude, like I was the problem. I made it clear I didn’t want a refund, just a fresh plate. Still, three employees got involved, insisting it was “fresh,” and they wouldn’t even serve veggies anymore.
They finally made me another plate, but the chicken was undercooked. Between spoiled-smelling food and raw meat, this location feels like a food poisoning risk. Don’t bother.

9:05pm Sunday November 2nd. These people really made me a barbacoa bowl with no barbacoa. They packed it full of rice and my wife didn’t have any chicken. So I basically paid $20 for absolutely what I didn’t ask for. These owners are losing a ton of money because these people are wasting resources by getting orders wrong on purpose. Like come on they are all grown they knew they didnt add any entire they just thought since it was a pick up they would get away with it.

Was charged for my order despite it not actually being placed. Called support and they said effectively that there’s nothing they could do. Refused to escalate to a manager, left me on hold for multiple minutes, then said I should be getting some kind of email I never received. Don’t order online here.

Visited the Chipotle location and experienced very poor customer service. Staff appeared unprofessional and unorganized, and there was a clear lack of communication with customers. Employees were speaking among themselves in another language while assisting customers, which made it difficult to understand what was going on and felt unwelcoming.
The service was slow, questions were not clearly answered, and overall customer interaction was not handled properly. This created a frustrating experience and did not meet the standard of service expected from Chipotle.
Overall, the service was unsatisfactory and needs serious improvement.
