Well it’s Chipotle so you know what you are getting, but after all the locations I have attended with teenage boys, this one is great! The staff isn’t pissed off at all the rude customers, yet. Be nice to your chipotle peeps, or at the very least, be nice to this location now and we will have the best community Chipotle! After all, you get what you give.

This was the nastiest fast food restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time. Literally every single table was covered in food. Under every table was covered, too. They were out of lids, napkins, and many utensils. It was highly unsanitary. If it is this nasty outside where people sit, how bad is it behind the counter? I only got one picture, and unfortunately, it wasn’t of the tables since my kids were eating there and a few other people were there. But you couldn’t take a step without getting food on your shoes. They may have been short staffed, but it seems like 4 people working the front could share one or two people for a while to clean up. It was 7 PM on a Sunday evening, not prime time. The taste of the food was “normal” and as expected for the most part, but seeing how dirty things were, I’m not convinced it was the most germ free meal I’ve ever eaten.

The food tasted good. The staff all seems very new to Chipotle, and the portions were significantly less than other nearby locations. I’ll probably go to the others for a while and hope the portions begin to meet others.

I pulled in here today and as I got out of my car, there was a guy standing on the sidewalk to told me that they weren’t actually open until tomorrow. He directed me back into Franklin to a Chipotle that was a currently in operation. He was very friendly and helpful. I’m sure the food here will be just as good as any other Chipotle location.

Came in Monday Dec 1st around dinner time. Service was good already starting to slow down from initial rush upon opening this new location.
Placed order for three chicken tacos no rice or beans. Just chicken! After receiving very small portions (3-4 small pieces of chicken on each taco) not even 1 full scoop. I asked for more chicken as tacos were extremely bare. No rice no beans and little no chicken!! Was told I would have to pay more for anymore meat. Pretty disappointed as was hoping this one would be on par to cool springs and other locations surrounding. Looks like I’ll be going back to old locations for now until they figure it out at this place how to portion. First bad experience in sometime at a chipotle, maybe chalk this up to a new trainee

Food was good. Service at the counter was fine. We went on Christmas Eve a couple of hours before they were set to close. They were already cleaning everything. I get it, everyone wants to go home early, but don’t let that impact your service. While we were eating, they were mopping the floors in the dining room (left pretty wet on a slippery surface), turned off the soda fountain and removed the nozzle, and covered up the main trash cans and put a small one in front to use. All while people were still coming in and even as we were leaving. The little things like that can prevent loyal customers from coming back.

Portions are nothing like any other Chipotle in the area. Ridiculous how small they are compared to every other Chipotle location. Also had issues checking out a few times. Unlike other Chipotle’s you can not see what is being rang up. Been overcharged twice and only realized when food gets home and we review the receipt.

The chips arrive with the enthusiasm of a week-old tortilla left on the counter—stale, every single time, like clockwork. Yet here I am, stubbornly DoorDashing my lunch from this place order after order, which is the only reason I’m graciously awarding three stars instead of the one or two it truly deserves on the chip front. Come on, Chipotle: fresh chips aren’t a luxury, they’re a non-negotiable Mexican restaurant basic. No bueno.

Place needs some more time to grow. Been there twice since it opened. Same results…Portions are way smaller than all surrounding Chipotle’s. The place has the opportunity to be a solid lunch spot on Columbia Avenue.
