I thought Chipotle stopped going light on their portions? If I’m paying $20 for a Steak Bowl & Drink, it needs to have the portions to match, should have just gone to a steak house for $3 more.
The Atmosphere seemed chaotic. The tables, floors and utensil area was a mess, couldn’t even sit down at many tables from how filthy they were. When I got to the food line, they had just cleaned part of it because they saw my phone out. In the in-between of Meats you will still see a mess.
I am upset because service was slow, after I paid for my food the “guy” held it up for like 30 seconds before giving it to me because “he” was distracted. It was a mess inside and the portions were light. (Also out of chips but they can’t help that). Hope you enjoy the video.

I came to eat here on 1/5/2026 and it was soooo dirty, trash overfilled, all except one soda was out, the frescas were old and almost empty. Trash and food everywhere, food had no flavor. I’m not understanding how the place was so dirty when the employees are standing around doing nothing? 98% of tables were dirty, inside and outside. Customer service was slow as if she didn’t want to be there. There were no veggies, when asked for guac, she made sure to get the brown part in my burritos. While taking my order she Kept walking away without saying anything to do whatever she was doing? I’ll stick to the one on Madison street at least until this location can get it together.

Where to begin? Why do chipotle employees have such low standards? They want to get paid but not put in the effort. I somewhat had hopes for this new location, but at the same time, I had my doubts. Sadly, it was a horrible experience. Filthy, long wait time, lack of ability to follow order/ missing items upon reciept, incompetent in proper communication. It was whom I believe (based on the young lady who referred to her as her manager) to be management who had zero professional communication skills. Sure you work in the food industry but don’t treat it as if it’s crap, it is what you make it. Clearly hates her job. Two times, once when my husband spoke to her and once when I spoke to her she failed to give any response whatsoever. Wish I had got her name. I received extra of everything I DIDN’T ask for and bare minimum of what I asked extra for. The amount of extra lettuce was insane. I could barely get to the food underneath. The carne asada was SO tough that when I found a large piece of PLASTIC in my food, and I was asked if I wanted it remade (who wouldn’t?!) that I requested chicken instead. She did remake the burrito bowl, and TOTALLY skimped on the black beans…seemed like she was trying to save as much as possible because they didn’t have more made. The guac was not mashed properly, hardly at all. Employees laughed when I showed the plastic. Honestly, I believe they were in disbelief…sure it’s a reasonable response, but also not funny when you’re the one whose food has plastic. Respectfully, Do better. Maybe take some courses on being professional? Absolutely appalling experience. Corporate absolutely needs to check in.

Online order. Bowl was supposed to be steak, extra rice, extra black beans, cheese and sour cream. Meat looks like chicken and there is pinto beans in it along with some red sauce I’ve never seen before when ordering this type bowl. Also ordered a steak burrito and the thing looks like it exploded in the tortilla. Like I get this place is new but come on. Training needs to be better chipotle. Had to go back and reorder the bowl cuz I’m not about to argue with anyone that my order was messed up. So here I am placing my order inside and it’s taking like 20 minutes per person and there like 6 or 7 people behind the counter walking like zombies back and fourth while one guy up front is taking everyone’s orders.

No one here seemed in any hurry to do anything. I ordered a steak bowl and the steak was sort of dry and old. I didn’t complain but next time I will watch more closely to what they are putting in my bowl. I had to stand for several minutes while one person was being helped there was a whole room of workers that didn’t seem to be doing much. I would suggest a little pep in the workers pace and step would help out this location.

Never had a problem being shorted with Chipotle, but literally when I picked up the bowl from my to go order I knew I got screwed over. I don’t know why people act like it’s coming out of their paycheck, especially after the Ceo a few months ago said they’d stop shorting people. Also on top of that they forgot my guacamole and I use my reward for free queso on my husband‘s burrito and they forgot it so they forgot two things and we were both shorted. Never going to this location again. Which is just sad because the guy in the window was actually super nice.

Gave this chipotle a try on 10/24. The food was great, I had a carne asada bowl. Service was decent, the staff didn’t seem too happy but it is fast food service. We will definitely be back.

Everything was great, they were very busy which I understand but they charged me for items I didn’t purchase. I tried to call phone number listed on google and on receipt but it would not let me talk to anyone and only place an order….I would drive back but I have a cranky toddler and I don’t want to have to drive 20+ mins, wrangle a sleepy toddler solo, go through the long line again. (I only ordered a kids meal and Carne Asada Burrito). I didn’t realize until I got home and saw the receipt. Yes I know I should have realized sooner, but this was a special treat for my toddler who was getting over sickness and I thought they just raised prices we don’t get Chipotle often.

This location is always out of food. Once I came in and they had no meat at all. They are always out of multiple items. I’ve been to this location over a dozen times and they have never once had everything and the wait to get what you came in for takes a long time. Why is it taking me less time to drive all of the way to Wilma Rudolph and back than it is for this location to make rice?

I came to this Chipotle about a few weeks after it first opened in 2025. I had high expectations that this Chipotle would be Great location for the People on the Northside of Clarksville. It turned out that I was wrong. When my Sister placed her Order, She said it would be ready quickly. It turned out that it wasn’t. The Pick Up Drive Thru lane was absolutely RIDICULOUS. So, I went inside to see if my Sister’s order was ready. The Women at the Register told me that there were a few people that ordered ahead of my Sister. So, I waited for a little bit. The People sitting at the Tables that placed mobile orders ahead were complaining about the system not working and at the man who was working the Drive thru section. After I waited for a little bit, I asked him if my sister’s order was ready and He just had a complete meltdown in front of us all. So, I didn’t receive my sister’s order. So, I went out and just waited in the Pick Up Drive Thru Lane. She got her order close to an hour later. If y’all had High Hopes for this Chipotle, Don’t go. It will be a waste of your time.
