Place was disgusting; employees walking on trash and food covered floor; prep stations completely unsanitary. Trash and food residue all over every surface. Trash bins over flowing. Employees actively and loudly making racist comments in front of customers. Not sure how the entire evening shift hasn’t been fired from this location. Food went right in the trash. I don’t know how anyone would eat the food from this dirty store.

The team that was serving on 10/15/2025 around 9pm,night shift, had very poor customer service, the manager was rude! Anyway this was what I got after ordering food. The food was not fresh, it was terrible! Worst food ever!

I first ordered a vegetarian bowl and it turned out to be great. I really enjoyed the food and the quality.
After some time, I visited again to get a to-go vegetarian bowl. Since I live almost two hours away from Clarksville, I ordered rice, beans, cheese, and lettuce in the bowl, and asked for sour cream, hot sauce, queso, and other toppings on the side.
I was charged extra for the sides, even though those items were not included in the bowl itself. Because it was very busy at the time, I wasn’t able to speak with the staff about it and ended up paying almost the same price as a fully loaded bowl.
The food was still great, but I was not satisfied with being charged extra for items that are usually included. I just wish there had been better clarity or communication regarding the pricing.

Every one was scattering around trying to do something while a line was forming. One person did the entire line until check out. The chicken was burnt, rice was powdery, lettuce soggy and sour cream was one giant scoop, the only thing that wasnt off was the black beans. Not worth the money I spent.

My first experience with this Chipotle started off pretty well. I purchased a Hot Honey Chicken Bowl with a tortilla inside. I was initially impressed with the portions of rice and chicken, which at the Madison Street Chipotle have been skimpy lately. I also ordered a side of guacamole, as I had a free side in the Chipotle app for my birthday.
All was going well until I got to checkout. When I scanned the reward at the register, the system was unable to process the guacamole reward. Initially, the cashier insisted I was trying to use an expired coupon. After showing her that the coupon did not expire until 08/23/2025, she attempted to re-enter the order into the system and allowed me to re-scan the reward. Again, the system would not take the reward. At this point, she notified me that I would have to pay full price for the side of guacamole. I attempted to say that they should honor the coupon and was going to see if they could try entering the coupon code located under the QR code, but she doubled down. I hesitated but paid full price, as there was a long line. This is terrible customer service. If you aren’t sure how to handle a situation, you should refer to your shift manager.

No ma’am. This young lady threw my stuff in a bowl like it was slop. I was so pissed and I really want to go back up there. I just threw it in the trash. Seems like she got upset whenever I asked for more, I mean.. I have the money to pay for MORE. She threw the marker down so hard after she wrote what I had at the top of the bowl. I am not from here, but this really could have went left. I wasn’t rude to her at all, but I really had to bite my tongue. Chipotle, you all may need to look into a new staff for this location. Everybody won’t take this and walk away. How do you come to work upset, when you chose the job love.

This location is absolutely disgusting. I was so excited to get Chipotle and immediately when we walked in, we were so grossed out. The entire floor was covered in garbage and food. They were out of almost every food and the entire prep counter was such a nasty mess. I watched 3 customers walk out before me. The girl preparing my food had very dirty gloves and she had her thumb almost in my burrito bowl. All of the employees looked miserable and weren’t friendly at all. I understand being busy but this was absolutely unacceptable. We ended up leaving with no food and went next door to Chic-Fil-A instead.

Employees are kinda rude, chicken has been burnt the past 3-4 times we’ve gotten food. Other times they haven’t even had any meat in stock. The chicken tasts like they cooked it on the grill while cleaning it. Poor quality for a local Chipotle. Sango Chipotle is by far much better.
Maybe in the near future some things can be better & I’ll update my review.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
I’m not one to leave bad reviews… but I ordered delivery and the portions were very unacceptable.. my husband barely got any rice, I had lettuce in my bowl somehow, the food was super cold, 2/10. Never coming back to this location. I love chipotle but never again.. I paid $32 worth of food to receive not even $10 worth.
