This chipotle needs to be completely redone employee wise. Five times of the last seven times I’ve been they are out of almost everything that goes in a bowl. I’ve never been to a chipotle with this bad of service and they give me attitude. It’s not my fault that you were out of chicken, rice, corn, pico, and sour cream all on the same night seems to me like they just don’t want to cook more food. I want to close early. I would suggest new management as soon as possible. I will not be returning until I hear that these conditions have been improved.

Vegan option was good, sadly still way too many exploitation-“non-vegan” options, and I can’t think of staff being any less friendly. No smile, completely bored. Why get a job that you hate so much. Also, for the environment you could place the bags for self-service instead of handing out a bag for every single order, all people who ate there throw out their bag, so pointless economically and environmentally. But they couldn’t care less when I suggested that.

The guac was browned all the way through, it was old and nasty. I got like a spinkling of cheese, a half scoop of the corn salsa, the rice beans and chicken were all cold. Sooooo disappointed. Dont waste your money. This brand needs to get it together.

The restaurant closed temporarily over lunch today (8 Dec). Because it was closed and I had invited a guest to the meal, we walked down the road to get a meal instead. While gone, the restaurant had my car towed, saying I wasn’t a guest – but they were closed! It cost me $125 to get it back. I will NEVER eat there again and I discourage others from doing so as well. Super unfair!

I saw a lot of complains on this restaurant, but when we visited, everything was fine. Good, hot food. Staff was nice and managed the food correct. Did takeaway, not many seats offered in the place. Love Chipotle.

I usually look forward to chipotle but this one makes me sad. I went through the drive-through once took me an hour. I also ran over a huge pothole, and I think it flattened my tire a little bit never going back through the drive-through ever again and I’m scared of the people inside so I guess I just won’t go.

Pitiful food and service! Cold rice and chicken after the girl puts it in a bowl and then has to stop and fix the 5 bowls sitting there ahead of mine. Fixes theirs and then fixes the 5 people behind me and mine is still waiting. I tell the 2 women who are working 1 cashier and they make no apologies and do not offer to help the girl out who is fixing all the food/bowls or to make a new bowl. Will not be returning to this location again. Pitiful!

I came here because I like chipotle and eat at the Tiger town one a lot, but here the food is cold and terrible. The service was unacceptably rude and disrespectful. They wouldn’t even let me finish my order before telling me to move on. The lettuce was brown and the chicken was almost raw. I will not be eating here again.
