The food was very awful this time I usually go once a week.normally it’s decent. This time it was not my chicken tasted half done and seedy! I didn’t think chicken could’ve seedy!!! The black beans had been there for a while and the rice as well!! I got little portions of food after waiting all day to eat there. I was very disappointed and also disrespected especially when after me and my group of 3 got done ordering the person behind me slowly waited to order and I guess they didn’t think I would notice but had to go back up front to ask for a lid for my bowl and the employee was making the bowl from the holding food spot which made their bowl fresh with the newer warmer food! I’m so disappointed! Will not be going to this location anytime soon! I always spend good money there! It’s always at least 3-4 bowls I get for me and my crew. And always spend 50+ dollars there! Will definitely be taking photos of the food next time! I wish I had photos to share this time!

We went to the restaurant today, but the service was poor. The staff said we couldn’t get any extras because “the truck didn’t come in. “ If they didn’t have enough food, I suggest they close for the day. The toners not nice and exceptional customer service was not displayed. We plan to take our future business further out to the location at Airport/ Schllingers.

I went to this store yesterday and the lady behind the counter was rude and dismissive. I still received my order and it was good, but the service from her was terrible. Fast forward, she is rude to another customer and the customer accuses her of talking about her with other coworkers. The customer comes back in the store with some relatives or friends, and instead of dismissing the customer out of the store, she begins arguing back and forth with her! The employee’s son also works there. He too gets involved and tries to fight with the customer as well. It was all a mess. People were walking out the store. They were taking their kids with them. I was going to go back in line and get food for my husband, but they were acting a complete fool in there so I didn’t. The employee behind the counter said she was supposed to be getting off but couldn’t because she was scared the customer was going to come back. It was crazy.

I was so excited for this chipotle to open 11 years ago. The first year it was open it was run fairly well. Since then, it’s a disaster. The staff is rude and incompetent. Their desire to be anywhere but there beyond apparent. The food is inconsistent, often looking like it’s been sitting out far longer than deemed acceptable by chipotle’s corporate standards as well as that of the health department. Every now and again I give it another chance, hoping maybe they’ve gotten their act together, but today was my last straw. I’m honestly shocked they’ve stayed in business. @chipotlecorporate who is enforcing your standards?

The food was horrible and dry. It was hardly any pinto beans or black beans. She scraped the bottom of the pans for both beans instead of waiting on a fresh batch to come up. It was only 9pm. They close at 11pm. It was only the choice of white rice no brown. It wasn’t any grilled vegetables left either: she scraped the bottom and gave me scraps for those too. She gave me very little meat but gave the guy ahead of me two scoops and he didn’t even pay extra. It was a horrible experience for me. Just like my last experience. These employees lack compassion. They don’t care about you having fresh food. I will never eat here again. They have let me down too many times. I strongly dislike this place. I consider going to cava. They are much better quality and much healthier. Only like 2 dollars more.

Got a steak burrito. Steak was cold and old. They scraped the bottom of the barrel for the steak. Beans were gelatinous. Again just old from sitting out so long. It just seemed like everything was cold. Only when cuz a friend paid. Go to Moe’s Southwest if you want this style food. Moe’s I say definitively I’ve never got a cold burrito. And Moe’s has better flavor. If it wasn’t for the hot sauce. Chipotle tasted like nothing.

I drove almost two hours for Chipotle, and this location made me regret it. I waited about 20 minutes just for chicken to finish cooking. When it was finally my turn, the manager (I believe her name was Simone) was making the orders, and the portions were shockingly small. I had to ask for more at almost every step.

At the register, I asked for two sides of vinaigrette and was told they “only had it on the DML side.” I had no idea what that meant, but I said I was happy to pay for it. Instead of simply ringing it up, they told me I had to order it through the app. After going back and forth and asking for the manager, I was told again to use the app. I paid for my food, got on the app, and—surprise—there was no option to add vinaigrette. When I asked the cashier, she said, “I don’t know, I don’t use the app.” Then why insist that’s the only way to get it?

After more frustration, they finally managed to give me the two sides, but every single interaction was met with irritation or hostility, despite me approaching them kindly and respectfully.

There is clearly a major issue with customer service and management at this location. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I definitely won’t be returning.

Employees did not know the product that was advertised by the company. Employee doesn’t listen when telling them what to put on the burrito she just threw a handful of lettuce when the guy behind me asked for lettuce, I asked for cheese. Food was actually pretty good but the service was terrible.

We ordered ahead, got there at 840pm and store was destroyed. 4 workers no customers- our food hadnt been started even though it should have already been done. They came to me -10 mins late and said they didn’t have steak or fajitas or most of our requests. The store had not been cleaned at all. When I told the guy working I wanted to cancel my order because of lack of food and conditions of food that I could see he got upset and said “imagine if we were fully staffed what we could do.” I’m not so sure this store should be open in the condition it and the food was in when I got there. Truly disgusting and disappointing.

Maybe it’s just this particular location in Mobile, but I remember a time when Chipotle was a good value for its customers as well shareholders. The food lacked flavor and purpose and the portions were small. The service was just okay.

$16 for one burrito and a drink is a bit much. I feel like Taqueria Mexico a couple doors down is a far better option for value and authenticity.
