We ordered through the app and went to pick it up. Had to wait in line for 20 minutes.
Whoever made my burrito…. I have taken my grievance against you to the Lord and have given the matter to Him to deal with. You’re under Heaven’s jurisdiction now.
How dare you put each ingredient into the tortilla in a clump, all in a row, rather than layering them together?! Who hurt you?! Why did you decide to wreak your villainy on me, an innocent customer??
I took this massive, icy cold lump of stretchy tortilla and hesitantly ate a bite, only to be greeted with an entire mouthful of tomato salsa. Disgusted, confused… I took another bite and found nothing but romaine lettuce mixed with salsa. I put burrito onto a plate, cut the tortilla open, and found a monstrosity. All the steak was on one end of the burrito. All the rice was next to the steak. My corn salsa was in the middle, and the salsa and romaine were on the other end. Madness.
I can only assume whoever made this burrito is a chaos entity inhabiting the body of an ordinary human. I am legitimately praying for you and your mental health. In 38 years of life I’ve never wanted to fight someone more than I want to fight you. I hope we never meet.

Stopped by Chipotle in Foley, Alabama and had a solid experience. It’s a smaller Chipotle, but there was plenty of seating when we went, which made it comfortable to sit and enjoy the meal.
I ordered the Carne Asada, which recently returned as a limited-time favorite. While it was seasoned with lime and cilantro and cooked well, I didn’t think that much of it overall.
My girlfriend had the Barbacoa, and it was the standout. The shredded beef was incredibly tender from being braised for hours and packed with rich flavor from seasonings like cumin, cloves, and bay leaf. I’m definitely looking forward to trying the Barbacoa next time.
Fresh ingredients, good portions, and this is just great Mexican comfort food. We’ll be back.

I have great respect for the staff at Chipotle in Foley, AL because they hustle. Although they have been sometimes short-staffed through the years, they always hustle and try to be cheerful about it. A week ago, one Chipotle Staff named Grace was especially working fast to fill drive-through orders and then doing her best to wipe down tables in her free moments. I usually stop and eat there on the way home at night and will order a Steak or Chicken bowl and then ask for Vinaigrette to add to it. I didn’t bother asking about the Vinaigrette or even mentioning it because I had already overheard thar they were out. Grace saw me in line and (just out of her own goodness and great work ethic) she took the initiative to say “Give me 5 minutes and I’ll make you some Vinaigrette”! Wow!! Brightened my whole day! People often speak badly about the young generation but I was so impressed at the initiative, work ethic, and genuine kindness of this young girl. She could have taken some well-deserved time to rest and instead she wanted to make someone else’s life better. She deserves a raise and great praise from Upper Management for being such a great worker and person

Love how when I order a side of guac. They just leave it out with no refund. Come back to the window they tell me they are out, cool understandable. They give queso instead but then I get home and I have guac on my bowl. So did you lie or just not feel like putting some in a cup.

Trash doesn’t get taken out and always out of food. It’s 7pm and they don’t have chicken Al pastor, white rice, carne asada or barbacoa. They were also out of veggies and mild salsa. The dining room was a complete mess and the workers seemed to have no motivation to fix the issues. The food quality is awful. Save your time and money and if you’re craving chipotle I recommend going to the Daphne location. This place is not worth your time.

I come here no less than twice a week, I order the exact same thing every time and it’s usually pretty good! I order drive thru pick up everyday for 2:40, sometimes it takes 20+ minutes to receive my order. Often time no napkins or utensils (i started keeping them in my car is so often forgotten)
It really depends on the crew member working the windows. I’d give 5 stars but the portion and freshness inconsistencies won’t allow me to.

This is my first time at this location! It is pretty clean! It was not crowded at all! Staff was amazing and quick! Bathroom clean and drink station clean! Highly recommend!

– Yes, the service was very slow, but not horrible. Probably took about 5 minutes from start of my order to check out.
– It was NOT that gross in there at all. The trashes were taken out, the beverages were refilled, they weren’t out of anything (and it’s Memorial Day weekend so that’s saying something!)
– I also noticed that this restaurant scored a ✨99✨ on the public health score

I’ve written in about the dirty condition of this restaurant several times, I’ve spoken to several people who identify themselves as the manager, and nothing is ever done. Last night (7:30) the restaurant was dirtier than I’ve ever seen it. The prep counter was completely littered with spilled food. THEY SLIDE YOUR BURRITO THROUGH THIS MESS! It was really bad, the worst I’ve seen it. There was food spilled in the ingredient pans, like salsa in the sour cream. Every table was dirty, and the drink area was dirty and unstocked. When I was a kid and worked in food service, we were taught, if you spill you wipe it immediately. I could do it as a teenager. Why is it so hard for your crew? I was the only customer and there were 4-5 employees. A report to the health dept is in order, and I will be making one.
