Worst experience at a Chipotle. Stale chips, cold food, and skimpiest amount of ingredients. The fork shows how much room is left in the container; did not take any bites. Also, the food lacked flavor. It was like they pulled yesterday’s food from a cooler 5 minutes before they opened and filled our order (which was 30 minutes after they opened) Terribly disappointing for the amount of money.

Do not order via door dash. You apparently need to go in and watch them make it. My quesadilla has 3 pieces of steak in it, I attached a photo. Also I counted the chips. There were 13. 13 chips… not even a 1/4 of the bag. They got my salsa selection wrong. And on top of it all, for a quesadilla and chips w guac, it’s $29

1st time visitor. Got the burrito with chicken and steak. You get very little meat without doubling it. Eating it with a fork n knife on foil was kinda a pain too. Noticed most people got the bowls. Taste was ok, just not super impressed with price considering quantity of meat. Staff was nice.

Every time we order from here multiple things are wrong.
We order extra meat with fajita veggies and there’s only 5 tiny pieces of meat in the whole bowl and NO veggies.
We order a burrito with regular meat (chicken) and there’s NONE.
We order a quesadilla with steak, sour cream, and brown rice, NO RICE.
We order a steak burrito with rice , sour cream, fajita veggies, lettuce, and corn salsa but there’s NONE veggies and the meat is stone cold.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR $$ WITH THE DAPHNE CHIPOTLE.
Another time we called in an order we sat there for 30 minutes after we were alerted the order was ready. I waited 10 minutes for it and then very politely asked if the order was ready. One of the workers also politely said someone was working on it. I waited another 10 minutes and asked again. Same answer.
I waited another 5 minutes and asked again. Same answer. I waited another 5 minutes and asked again. Same answer. I finally said that they had told me the same thing 4 times but I’ve watched the worker they said was making take 7 other orders of people who walked in.
Finally that person I had asked 4 times did the order themselves.
While the workers were nice, the actual making of the food is typically wrong on multiple levels.

Came in yesterday to order a chicken burrito and large queso on side. Chicken was cold, and I waited 15 minutes for queso, just for that to be cold as well. The service is always lacking. For anyone considering coming to this Chipotle, from a former worker, come with your expectations on the floor. That way, if the service is good, you’ll walk away happy. If bad, you won’t be too disappointed. I’ve come many times, every time it felt like they would rather any of the customers just not be there. When I used to work at chipotle, what was expected of us was reiterated if we were lacking. It doesn’t seem like management cares, as per the other negative reviews similar to mine. If chipotle sees this, know there’s still time to hire new people who care about the job. And to the workers, you can work at chipotle without working with customers. I.E, prep, grill. If you hate interacting with customers, consider a position change. 20$ for cold food is ridiculous. In this economy? Ps, I saw grill cut a piece of their glove and put it in the stake. Accidents happen, but quality check your food. Not once did she reach in there and take it out.

Coming from the city/state that Chipotle was created, I have yet to find a chipotle that is even close to being the same as ANY of the stores in Colorado.
Flavor is seriously lacking…do you put salt in the food? The chicken is very dismal in comparison. Rice is always mushy and not very cilantro lime tasting and definitely not salt.
I get everywhere is lacking staff but goodness, the 3 times I’ve been in this store over the past 6 months there have been towers of metal food bins are stacked on the back food counter. I guess I just know how to choose the night?!?
However it’s not just been this location it’s been 4 locations here in the east that just do not measure up to what I know chipotle to be from Colorado for taste, service, cleanliness. But biggest is flavor is so disappointing out this way. Not sure I can continue trying to give it another shot even after months of not goin.

I had been Christmas shopping. I was planning to pick up a late lunch. It was 3 PM. The chicken was dry and just tiny pieces. It was the bottom of the serving dish. Pico de gallo was white or pink not even red tomatoes? The server and the cashier were rude. If they hate their jobs, they need to go somewhere else besides Customer Service. This was the facility on man Road and Daphne Alabama.
