Now this spot here has the fresher ingredients than east chase The bar is always clean but u may have to wait for certain ingredients to be prepared before getting ur bowl made but I like this one food very good

I’m not usually someone who writes online reviews, but this experience pushed me to speak up. Even giving this location one star feels generous. The Eastern Boulevard location seriously needs faster and more efficient service. There is no reasonable explanation for being stuck in the drive-through for nearly an hour after my order was already paid for. To make matters worse, I sat at the drive-through window for over 20 minutes before anyone even opened it. Had I not already placed my order online, I would have left. I’ve never experienced anything like this at Chipotle before, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received.

Always a line here, and the workers are absolutely in no hurry to expedite things. In fact, they glare at you as if to say, “Why are you here?”

They should’ve never opened this location. The service is beyond slow, the workers midaswell be at home because it’s just like they aren’t serving you. And I thought that the food was supposed to be fresh?? Not this Chipotle! Even the manager lolly gagging around, when it’s a long line of customers.

I know Chipotle has been decreasing the amount of meat they give you but there couldn’t have been more than 2 tablespoons. There was so little, I thought they forgot to put the meat in! Very disappointed to find this Chipotle even worse than the other one I used to go to. Also, the chips were not made today. They were half stale. The staff was nice and each checked with me to see if I needed something as I waited for my pick up order.

Came here for lunch my first time at this location and honestly the service here was so nice and fast and definitely seemed like the employees were happy to be there even if it is them working. The environment is very very nice here and I just couldn’t help but sit outside and enjoy the weather . Happy to have it near by! Will definitely be back. The host Bria and the girls in the front were sooo so sweet. !!
