I don’t typically do reviews but I’ve had several bad experiences with this Chipotle. Mobile orders are always prepared Horribly. I’ve had one bowl that was drowned in sour cream, another order that took an additional 30 min past estimated time and a bowl today that has no chicken which of course I paid for. I’ve done on multiple occasions hoping it was better but to no avail.

Boyfriend put in a chipotle order, as we checked repeatedly for no dairy.
With image, the order ITSELF did not have a single dairy item. Went for pick up and had an experience.
Yet the burrito had queso in it.
Not only that, but picking it up I made eye contact with 2-3 workers and sat there while I could hear them chatting away. I just stared at them wondering for a few minutes if someone would come over.
Genuinely upset, as I cannot eat any of this and had to spend time flushing my mouth out HEAVILY to hope all of the queso was out of my mouth.
Very upsetting to handle from start to finish.
I hope this gets fixed.

I literally just ordered chipotle, and instead of queso I got chicken soup! What the heck?! It’s not even the consistency or color of queso, and nobody’s answering the phone. This used to be my favorite spot since they replace management but the last two times were questionable. Everything was dry and not appealing looking. Please do better…smh

Sad to see so many poor comments although u shouldn’t expect much from online orders and door dash, at least thats how I feel. I love this spot. Yea maybe employees that r not working the counter or making food shouldn’t hang out where customers can see them and feel like they r being ignored, but I haven’t had any issues. I think this location has the best flavors and makes my burritos amazingly! Thank guys/gals, ill keep coming back

Absolutely would not recommend this location. They attempted to charge me for someone else’s order, after I questioned it she changed my total again after quoting it a second time (additional $7 extra) after claiming she was correcting it to “include my chips” (chips are included with the kids meals). She instead charged me for “extra meat” that I did not receive, the queso could have been utilized to hang wall paper (it was over cooked and thick like a paste). My food was cold despite dining in and the staff were beyond rude, arguing amongst themselves, the wrong shells are being utilized at this location, they are not providing the correct protein portions for anyone (I witnessed the worker make six meals ahead of mine). No tables had been cleaned, trash left out, etc. Honestly they need to terminate the entire staff, do a deep clean, order the correct Chipotle taco shells and try again with a fresh start. I will not return to this location.

Nadya wouldn’t take the money off the counter where my 9 yo son put the money. She said he had to hand it to her. Hateful. Gave me my dollar change but didn’t want to give me my change back, I had to ask her for it. Terrible service. Pinto beans dripping down the glass barrier over the food. Food in the floor in the eating area (NOT even around the garbage can) just in the floor, in general. Workers clocking in and vaping as they did so. Something needs to be done! I don’t know how they’re not out of business already.

Terrible experience. Most items were out, and instead of waiting for fresh meat, I was given scraps of old meat with very small portions. Staff was rude, no one smiled, and everyone was just standing around talking while food burned and sat out. My food was cold and poorly made. Not worth the money.

I hate to write this, but today was very disappointing. We got there right when it opened and waited 20 minutes in line while we watched them open the restaurant (which should have already been done). The main door wasn’t even unlocked – we went through the side door. They didn’t have the tortillas or serving spoons out. Nothing was ready to go and there was 8 people working? Additionally, the nozzles weren’t on the fountain drink dispenser and the drink sprayed all over my husband. We got our food and it was cold of course. It was so frustrating watching the employees move at a snail pace while looking at us like we were inconveniencing them…. If you go, give yourself an hour +……

Food is always good. However, when you order via the mobile app, there’s a place to put a name on the item you order. It would be swell if they put names on items instead of forcing me to rip apart 3 burritos to figure out what is what. Every other Chipotle I’ve ever been to puts names on the foil. Please do batter.
