Chipotle has become one of my favorite fast food chains so far and will continue to be. Their (sorta) mexican food cannot be topped by anything else, maybe except Moe’s Southwest Grill from a competitive standpoint.
Food: Simple, pick what you want, burrito Ok, a bowl Alright, or how about not one, not two, but THREE tacos , now that is cool!!! Other then that, there is a new limited time protein called the Smoked Brisket and it is selling out fast.
Atmosphere: Not too many people so the line at this location, Vestavia Hills, wasn’t busy, I had placed an online order so mine was already ready beforehand, it has a sleek and modern vibe to it, low chairs and high chairs with lighting on your food so you know exactly what you’re eating.
Service: Much better then the Hoover, AL Chipotle, this is more consistent, they sometimes still skimp on my bowl but that doesn’t really matter to me too much. I’d recommend this place to others.

The worst chipotle experience I’ve had. Every bite of my bowl was bad in a different way. Burnt chicken, gummy chicken, gritty chicken. And it was all just wet and cold. Super bummer! The lady who gave me my mobile order was also coughing over and over and was not friendly.

I didn’t realize they closed at 10 PM and walked in at 10:01. I could tell by the expressions on their faces that something was off. However, the workers were friendly and still served me, even though it was past closing time. Thank you for the wonderful service!

I think chipotle is making a comeback in the hills! We have had bad experiences here and gave up over a year or so ago! Nice staff and well stocked toppings!

Beware: If you ever come in here after 8pm you will be hit 60% of the time with a “short staff – only online orders” I will never understand that logic whether if it is through the app or my mouth they are making the same food…
The workers are sassy, unapologetic & just want to get out early…

The older cashier (Fatima shows as host on my receipt) was not friendly nor accommodating at all. The young man making my bowl was very mannerable and polite. Fatima was very short with him when asking what I had. I didn’t know and I dont think that he knew as well that extra queso was an extra charge. I know I’ve never been charged extra for that but it was the manner inwhich Fatima said that’s an extra charge. When I scanned the bar code for my guacamole reward I had to ask her if it applied because she quickly handed me my receipt and proceeded to the customer behind me. When I asked for my free guacamole she said it’s already on your bowl. I said no ma’am I knew I was paying for that but I also wanted my free one. She then yelled to the youngman…”just give her some in a cup”. Just no customer service. Even the young man kept apologizing to me. Check# 10103

Ordered online, and drove 30 minutes all the way home. When I looked at the order at home, one of my bowls was missing 4 ingredients. The girl making the order never mentioned the store being out of any ingredients, not sure what happened. I literally just got a half filled bowl of rice, meat, and cheese. This is just sad.

Best Chipotle in Birmingham! I will drive to this location, passing all the others. You’re immediately greeted upon arrival, and the atmosphere and cleanliness are top tier! I was able to try the new brisket before deciding if I wanted it (they actually care and show they were properly trained), and let’s just say they aren’t stingy. I didn’t have to ask or beg for extra anything. I love this location so much that I had to leave a review this time—they always go above and beyond!

I ordered a quesadilla online with steak and fajita veggies. There are no fajita veggies in it and THERE IS NO CHEESE!! it’s a QUESOdilla THERE IS SUPPOSED TO BE CHEESE! I also didn’t get my rice that i had ordered. I am disappointed.
