This place already has plenty of 1 star reviews so I’m sure mine won’t matter, but if you happen to see this, DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. I visited around 845pm,they close at 10. I can’t even say the staff had bad attitudes because they did not even acknowledge or speak to me for me to know. There were 8 workers (that i could see) miss light skin with the orange hair was showing them pictures on her phone, while i stand waiting to be acknowledged. The person who I’m assuming was the MOD looked me dead in the face and kept walking. I continued to stand and take pictures of the DISGUSTING line of food they were serving!!! They didn’t even notice me taking pictures because they were too busy talking amongst themselves i won’t be back

Worst Chipotle in Alabama, really messing up the Chipotle brand name. Ordered thru the app for drive thru pick up. Burrito Bowl had one piece of lettuce and no queso like I paid for . Highly disappointed.

I’ve been a loyal fan of chipotle for years. This location does not represent chipotle well. Arrived around 5 pm on a Monday. Wasn’t packed as one would expect, but everything seemed to be moving in slow motion- so much for fast casual. The place was really messy, different from most chipotles I’ve been to. Food all over the line and didn’t look clean. Someone had spilled queso all over (like half a gallon) on one of the back work benches and it sat there the whole 10-15 mins I was in the line. One of the workers made a joke saying “sh*t happens”. The amount of meat given was laughable. They were out of vinaigrettes. Guac was browning. I ordered a drink, and when walking over to the drink stand they were out of 3/4 of the lemonade type drinks (the whole reason I got a drink). Out of forks- only had spoons. The only picture I took at the restaurant was over at the silverware and resembles the attention to cleanliness seen throughout the other areas / line. This location needs better leadership badly.

I see why they rank as low as they do and I wish I’d saved my money by checking these recipes first and went to Moe’s across the street instead. They served me burnt inedible food and when I contacted customer service they refused to refund but offered a bogo deal like I would EVER pay to eat garbage again in life. Dinner while on the road sometimes means finding a Chipotlane near me. Tonight bowl was double chicken, rice, light black beans, cheese, and queso. It was absolutely delicious! I had to wait longer than usual at the drive in window for someone to come up (small gripe) but overall a solid chipotle experience. Tonight’s entertainment with dinner was an episode of Good Mythical Morning before a gym session at the Planet Fitness across the street.

It’s honestly mind blowing how bad this location is. Just read all the other reviews. It’s all happening to everyone. Don’t visit. Constantly slow service, undercooked food, missing ingredients, low portions. Chipotle used to be one of my fav quick service restaurants but unfortunately this is becoming a trend. Second guessing ever returning.

Service horrible. Employees body language and mannerisms towards customers awful. Ordered salad was told after, that I couldn’t have sour cream nor the dressing because they didn’t have time to refill the containers. They stopped in the middle of lunch serving to put it to online only. While eating at the restaurant they filled the items I asked and paid for and didn’t offer to give it to me. Watched countless amount of business walk away. Customer ordered pick up didn’t have a cup for his drink in which was on the receipt. The gave him a hard time about it said it wasn’t their problem. Eventually they gave in and headed him the cup. This location needs leadership at best. Hope this is corrected this is a beautiful location to have such poor service.

I love Chipotle. I was so excited to have one within 5 minutes of my office. They almost never have anyone taking orders at the counter. I have had a few encounters with rude workers. I’ll change my review if the service is consistently good, and I don’t have to order online.

If you think coming here on a lunch break is a good idea, reconsider! Don’t even try and order it ahead of time. I ordered online thinking it would be quicker, but forty minutes later the line moved one car. The one car pulled out of line to run in to see what the hell was taking so long. She came out successfully with her food. At this point, I’ve decided I’d do the same. When I asked one employee how much longer until my food was ready he responded to give the girl with tattoos on her neck five minutes to make my order. I waited ten minutes and watched that same tattooed girl walk out and leave after she looked over all the customers, shaking her head. I eventually received my order after mentioning that 13 minutes prior I was informed my food would be ready in five minutes. No one even realized the girl with neck tattoos walked out on her job. Terrible, terrible, terrible service! Did I mention how terrible it was?
