First I must say the staff is fantastic, very nice and customer focused, which is becoming scarce these days. The food tasted good and fresh and honestly was better than what I’ve gotten at several other Chipotle locations recently. Overall very pleased with my visit to this location and happy to have Chipotle now as an option in the Gardendale area.

I really hate to give bad reviews. That being said… I was beyond excited for this new addition. I come in Saturday around 130pm. It was calm and there were probably 10 staff that I could see. The garbage was over flowing and people had begun putting garbage on top where the trays go. The lettuce was frozen with ice chunks and they just slapped the soggy frozen mush right on top of my bowl. The girl who started my burrito did not have gloves on and apologized after I mentioned it and then went and got some. Lastly my pop was all carbonation and no flavor.

I can only speak on my experiences. I’ve had it two times since they’ve opened and family members have gotten it a few times themselves. It was clean and staff was friendly. You could tell staff was new. Hopefully, as the team gets more experience, the visits will be smooth, but my food was good, and I had no issues.
