I’ve never eaten Chipotle before so this was my first experience. The restaurant was clean and organized. The employees were kind, and there were three of them. The food however was my least favorite part. The vegetables and the rice were fresh, but the meat look like it had been dehydrated and then added back to water and dehydrated again. I ordered the chicken and it almost looked like jerky. Another thing was the price. For one chicken bowl and a drink it was $20. You get more food, fresher food, and better food, from the food truck in morris. I had always heard Chipotle was life, lol, but it’s not. It’s really expensive taco bell.

Love the food but they SCAM their customers. I just ordered a burrito with EXTRA CHICKEN & it was full of rice. $20+ for a burrito I expect it to be perfect & exactly what I ordered. Yalls business won’t last very long taking advantage of your customers. This wasn’t the first time having this issue. Terrible!

My first few times eating here were awesome but lately, they have been super inconsistent. Missing items and decreasing portions. I ordered a quesadilla today and did not receive the requested sides. Why even bother giving the vinaigrette dressing when you put a tablespoon. I also received 1/2 spoon of guacamole. I paid extra for it also. The last time it was forgotten. It looks like the staff doesn’t want to be there.

Just picked up a bowl today and I have to admit this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at chipotle. The staff was extremely friendly and my order took all of 5 minutes to make. Everything was fresh so I left a tip! I will continue to come here instead of the downtown location.

We got two chicken bowls and the chicken in both was inedible. I’m not even sure what part of a chicken has that much fat and gristle. It’s almost as if they trimmed all the bad parts off the bird and them cooked and served them. Not sure where the good meat went. Maybe they send that next door to Olive Garden.
