Update: I contacted via the link in the response and received a generic email thanking me for feedback, no other help was provided.

Came in at 8 pm, got to the end of ordering my food and the girl said they were shredding more cheese because they were out. She came back with a small amount and said that was the last of it. I said, no problem, I will wait. There was a whole line behind me and I stepped back to let them continue, but they weren’t advising others of the outage. She then changed that they would not be shredding more cheese for the entire night – they close at 11, and it was 8:15… I could have been told before ordering as it is common ingredient. I called the store once I got home to ask if they are out of anything, they said no, we have everything.

No one in the store when I went in so thought service would be better… No veggies etc available so waited 10 minutes for the veggies. Got home and of course my burritto not even fully wrapped and cold. Love chipotle but wow, not even being in a hurry.And you can’t even wrap the foil to wrap the whole burrito and have sides available.. pretty bad.

There’s so much wrong with this location it’s crazy. For starters when they pulled the tray out for my daughter’s meal, it was dirty. There was clearly food or something I the tray they were about to put her food in…. I had to request a clean one. BECAUSE I HAVE EYES AND COULD SEE!
The portions are ridiculous. My daughter ordered a kids meal and I had to ask for them to put more food in her tiny portioned containers because they literally gave her a pinch of meat… it didn’t even fill her portion half way… she also got a literal pinch of cheese.
My Family of five went Inside to order and we all had to continue to ask for more food because the unfriendly staff acted like they were paying for the food out of their own pocket and were hardly putting anything in our bowl/burritos.
The milk carton she got with her kids meal had mold all over the outside of it.
This store has been dirty for years – it’s the nastiest chipotle I’ve ever been in.
Not only are the portions ridiculous but so is the fact that we got all the way home and my burrito wasn’t even put in the bag so we had to go back to the store to get it.
I’ve frequented this chipotle for many years unfortunately, because of the convenience of the location but we are DONE.
The worst store. Go elsewhere.

11:20 am on Monday Not happy with service food was cold as I asked for a sample of the steak it was in the hot well and it was cold I mentioned it to the young lady that gave it to me and there was no urge to remove this cold steak and replace it. Some if the staff can use custom service refresher. Such as hello good morning how are you today. No one wants a rude person preparing your food.There was one sweet girl friendly and sweet she cashed me out.

Second time ordering through their deliver service and for the second time it was incorrect. This time half my order was missing. $50 wasted. Tried to call the store to speak to a manager and no luck. Is this the service your company and location offers? The fact it’s my second experience receiving a fault order is unbelievably unprofessional and completely unethical. People work so hard for their money and your service is mediocre. Shame on the manager. This whole restaurant needs to be revised out with newer staff who knows what they’re doing..chipotle DO BETTER!

Wow, I’ve had bad experiences here before but I’m done and need to leave feedback tonight. When the food line is out of half of the items the manager in charge responds with “just one of the nights”.

That’s total bull.

The store is consistently dirty and unkept. This time I’m writing a review this place needs a total over haul. GET IT TOGETHER. Dirty store and also many food safety violations. Adding new meat on old, new beans over old, dirty countertops and soda machines calked in dried syrup. Overflowing garbage cans?

Time to call the health department. This franchise does not know what the hell they are doing.

Not to mention employees on shift break during an empty food line ordering custom items, why do they get the pleasure of ordering custom food and holding up the line of paying customers?

I’ve reached out to corporate customer service let’s see what happens.

Got a chicken bowl to go from there. Took it home and noticed the chicken tasted a little funny before I put any salsa in there. 8, most of the contents thought maybe my taste was just off with the chicken. Missed 2 days of work tomorrow’s Friday. I’m gonna try to go back food poisoning. Thanks, Chipotle. Never again warning everybody. The food either under cooked or it’s old. Forget calling the manager reaching out the corporate. I reported this place to the health department for food poisoning. We’ll see what happens, hopefully they get shut down. Here it is Friday still in bed. Can’t afford to go to the hospital, don’t have insurance, thanks, Chipotle.

Very displeased with the fact that I ordered through the app for the window pickup. To be completely ignored and not helped for almost 15 minutes sitting in my car infront of the window. 3 or more workers caught up on their work while my order had been ready since 9:10. I wasn’t even looked at. What’s the point of ordering ahead to pull up and see my order sitting on the shelf.

I had a bowl from here and half of the chicken was chewy and there were parts of the bone in there. I asked them to remake the bowl and the manager told me it was normal, so I went back had some more of the bowl and about 70 percent of the chicken was not edible. I kindly told her to remake it again which she was acting as if it were her inconvenience. Service here is abysmal…
