i love chipotle like so much! but i used to hate the smell in there it’s fine now but sometimes their workers are kinda dumb….. like they don’t get what im saying when i said extra rice or chicken they barely put any.. and sometimes their rude but other than that ill always wanna come here. i recommend highly. the photo i did eat some food before the picture

Stopped going to this chipotle a while back because they would just give me a veggie burrito full of rice. Tried it again today and told them I only wanted one scoop of rice. She wasn’t paying attention and looking at somebody to her left, and still did 2 scoops. I had to say “ONLY ONE SCOOP” 2 more times before she finally paid attention. She scooped a few grains off, quite literally threw the beans on top and tossed it down the line before I could ask for more beans since I don’t get any meat. The next guy paid attention a little more but ended up writing on my tortilla (picture attached). I would give 0 stars if I could. 10/10 would NOT recommend going to this location for food that tastes like air with salty honey vinegarette

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from this restaurant through Uber Eats. My order never arrived because they gave it to the wrong Uber driver. That alone is frustrating, but what made the situation worse was the way it was handled.
I called the restaurant and spoke to Valentino, who was very unprofessional on the phone. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to help resolve the issue, he dismissed the situation and never properly addressed the fact that they handed my order to the wrong driver. There was no apology, no effort to fix the mistake, and no concern for the inconvenience caused.
When customers place delivery orders, we trust the restaurant to verify the driver and ensure the correct order is handed off. That basic step was clearly not followed here. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their order verification process and customer service training.

This chipotle should be shut down and re- opened….the food is lacking as well as the insane cross contamination going on, its always packed out the door because they have no white rice or even steak….you can see in the pictures that nobody there cares! Between employees being really loud and uneducated to management and even owner not caring what goes on there on the property, there is no helping this place!….I come to this location at least twice a week and it has degraded very much instead of thriving like other businesses. Please invest your money elsewhere for humanity sake!

Food was good but, customer service can stand a bit of improvement. Walked in to get a digital order and there were several employees standing near the pick-up station. I approached and waited and waited and waited to be acknowledged. We’ll, that never happened. I interrupted, stated i was there for an order. The employees stepped aside, never said a word, no offer to help or anything.
I approached the counter and got a willing employees.

Try coming here to just to get a order of food and I promise you you will leave with a headache this place is so unorganized the line is unorganized the staff and the managers the where they serve the food is always dirty they serve you on top of dirty food they don’t wipe off the counters and it’s like 13 year olds running the line there are no grown ups that control anything the food comes out late the lines are super long if you’re coming here for food I promise you you will wait for 30 minutes just for a bowl. They make you pay $2 for vinaigrette that is insane never in my life have I paid $2 for vinaigrette and the vinaigrette is really not filled at all this this is this franchise here is a disgrace to Chipotle honestly save your money and go to tradition they are clean and more professional.

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR FOOD! This is RAW chicken, it was all clumped together in my bowl. How did this even get past the kitchen? I was given a new bowl of food and the employee who served it apologized, but the employee in the kitchen just said “sorry” and barely even looked in my direction. I have a weakened immune system; if I had not been paying attention, this could have been very bad for me. DO BETTER and CHECK meats appropriately!! Almost $10 per bowl and I can’t even eat it in peace.

Ugh, what a frustrating experience. I went in around 6 on Saturday, and most of the tables were dirty. The food was okay, I guess, for what they had. I tried to order carne asada, but they just stared at me. I asked again, and they said no, they didn’t have any. I asked if they were making more, and they said no. But then, another employee told the guy behind me that they were making some and he could wait if he wanted to. The service here is just non-existent. It’s like you’re bothering the employees when you order. Most of them seemed miserable, except for the manager who was flirting with the cashier. Luckily, there are other options around now, so I probably won’t go back to this Chipotle.

Can’t call the store because they make it completely impossible to get through.
