First time visiting this location. I had an awesome experience. Excellent friendly staff. I was taking pictures. I asked the girl if she wanted to be on google maps. She declined, lol. But the guy cooking had a great personality noticed me carrying on about the barbacoa I think it was called. It was delicious. He said he won’t mind being on google maps so…there he is. Go get em ladies. lol At first I thought the amount of ingredients was small compared to the north side one. After taking a few mouthfuls I realized I wouldn’t be able to finish it. I’ll be back again and again.

My experience was the WORST. We walked in to a very mess restaurant. Like if they had a food fight. As it was my turn to order the employees where fighting and cursing each other out. The guy told the girl that he would beat her up. No other employee said anything to defend her or anything. My son was right there he witnessed all of this. I doubt there was a manager there because everything looked terrible. My food was nasty chicken was so old and dry. The rice was like rocks, over all the food was terrible. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, everything is nasty don’t waste your money.

Terrible experience, this worker FLUNG the food into the bowls everytime she served and gave very small portions, and extremely fast. She would start to move onto the next ingredient before we could even tell her what we wanted, like Girl are u gonna eat it all? Lied about having no chicken, all she said was “no” and when I asked to ask the cooks she said “I don’t know where they are” in an “I don’t care” attitude… girl clock out bye. Tried to charge me for triple chicken when I only got double. If you don’t like your job, LEAVE.

I’ve eaten here a lot and I have to say that ordering online to drive through is about an 80 percent chance the order will be missing something. Either no chips or those extra ingredients your longing for will be missing. I have to stop and inspect each order before driving away. It didn’t use to be like this but it’s gotten very bad! Calling to complain just goes to some corporate call center so you can’t get this solved at a local level.

I went to chipotle to buy food today the customer service was terrible. I order extra rice and extra meat. The spoon servings are too small. And I was still charged for extra rice and meat. The fat older worker at the register says that they get in trouble for giving extra rice inside of the bowl. I never received the extra rice or the meat and I was still charged for it. I will never buy from this restaurant again, terrible customer service!!! When you treat your customers bad you are going to lose all of your loyal customers. I will never buy from this restaurant again.

Really? This is what passes for a burrito here? I don’t think they could possibly have made a burrito any smaller without using a street taco tortilla. Ordered delivery and won’t make that mistake again. Cost $20 for this and they couldn’t even remember the sour cream.

I went to Chipotle in Leesburg Florida and it must be stated by the b-squad. We picked up an order for 2 burritos. When I opened mine, it wasn’t wrapped correctly. Basically turned into and over sized taco. My husband’s looked similar. I’m extremely disappointed in our service and the quality.
