My least favorite chipotle in FL. I will mirror many of the previous one star reviews as the customer service is nonexistent. The employees appear bothered by customers and appear as if they do not want to be at work. There’s a total of three entrance doors and only one of them was unlocked. Every single table had food debris on them and the trash cans were overflowing. The food serving counter was messy and a mix of different foods on the floors behind the counter. There are 5 employees stepping on food debris and walking past overflowing trash cans.

Had never stopped at this chipotle but driven passed it probably 50 times. Pretty good. I’ve certainly been to much worse chipotles so the fact I’m not upset at this one is honestly a win. Will certainly stop back by this one.

Drove here and got out to get food, all the doors are locked. Can only order through app for drive through. Even though there’s 2 hours till closing.. seriously? Then on top of no access to getting in it is a 25 minute wait if I order on the app? We ordered and they couldn’t had been more stingy with the toppings. Very disappointed. Bowl was pathetically half filled
Then didnt get the sause we asked for so had to go around in the drive through again just to see they let friends in and when we went to get sause dude handed it to us one half full and the other a tenth full and covered in the sause

Take a look at the picture I uploaded: this is how this Chipotle sent me my food when I ordered online. This bowl isn’t even full! And I ordered DOUBLE meat. Two bowls like this ordered online and delivered cost me $45 and they couldn’t be bothered to fill it up. They also undercooked the rice so badly that every bite was crunchy. Absolute trash. Who trained the staff here? They put ZERO effort into making your food. Second time I’ve ordered from this location and both times have been bad, but this is on another level. Don’t waste your time on money on this place.

this is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at my time of eating chipotle. Not only did the employees act like they don’t want to Work the way they handle the food and portions is awful. Today I went inside the woman who took my order, just threw down food onto my bowl and half the portions weren’t even correct. While she looked like she just totally loved her job. Never had a good experience at this chipotle.

Terrible customer service! I have been to this location at least 10 times and only once had cooked vegetables. It’s been on downtime and it’s been a busy times and I always get the same excuse when I ask, they don’t know why yesterday I go in on a Friday night which is normally busy 14 people in front of me waiting on chicken. I finally get to the counter and was not greeted with a warm welcome at all. I ask do you have any vegetables Upon inquiring about the availability of vegetables, the individual responded negatively. The guy shakes his head no, I ask. Can you tell me why you never have vegetables especially on a Friday night when it’s busy, he looks at me and says what do you want ma’am? This place is rude employees and are always out of items that are supposed to be on the menu. I’m sorry if I was running a restaurant like this you definitely have your primary protein always cooked and items ready and available that are on the menu.

Dirty store. Crumbs on all of the counters, the drink station was a mess. The containers the servers dip out on were very unappetizing. Haven’t eaten at a chipotle in 25 years, will be at least another 25 before we’d venture to try again. I had the barbacoa bowl and husband had the barbacoa burrito and it’s not the same quality as in years past — loaded with cartilage and fat. One of servers behind counter had hat on with her stringy purple hair down around her face. Management here needs to get involved in having staff wear caps correctly to keep hair out of food, not dangle hair in and around the food. Every single trash was full to brim even the ones outside. Very lazy staff that seemed irritated that customers were in line to be waited on. Really an overall gross experience.

Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants but I will probably never return to this location. The food was mostly bland other than the meat that was burned. We dined in and had to clean our own table because NONE of the tables were clean. And you can tell by the attached image, that was not the only nasty thing here. If the place was really busy, I’d have more patience but it was really slow while we were there. During times when no one was in line, workers were checking their phones rather than cleaning.

I was very disappointed with this location. There wasn’t enough food to make orders which resulted in a very long wait. The seating area was dirty inside and outside. The drink station was dirty and unorganized. There was no ice in the machine and several drinks were out.

Havent been to Chipotle in a while and thpught they had gone down hill after this visit but after reading reviews it sounds like its just this place. Slow service with one person working the line. Bickering between employees. Food was bland. Apparently they done have lettuce for toppings and when my husband ordered shredded cheese on his the employee had to go around the corner amd get a handful and carry it over. Ordered chips and queso andthe chips were definitely stale not made fresh today or yesterday either. Tables were dirty as well. Definitely would not go back. Ill try qdoba instead.
