It was great service. Please don’t let unhappy customers discourage you workers you are all new and unfortunately people always aren’t happy if they want superior food then cook at home! I was happy with my visit here and so close to home!! Best of Luck to you all workers!!

It’s unacceptable to provide food in the manner that they serve it as well as the customer service you receive when your order isn’t up to what they advertised, what you asked for, and what you expect for their lack of professionalism.
I ordered a salad and received Toppings with mixed greens, garnish. The price you pay for this food, you would expect it to be portioned the same way it is advertised. I don’t live close to the chipotle, which is why I could not go back in and show them my order, but I did call the customer service line which The represent proceeded to giggle about the situation, Laughing that she could not add more lettuce to my meal. She then said that my complaints qualified for a buy one get one free meal. I then had to tell her I am not buying more food to get one free when this meal itself was not made as what I ordered. Anyways, they credited me for it With a Coupon to my account , since they Are unable to provide a refund. Best believe this would be the last time I go to this specific chipotle.

I gave this new location a second chance because, even though the service wasn’t good the first time, the food was delicious. This time, not only was the customer service lacking-not even a hello- most of the food was gone and tasted horrible. They didn’t acknowledge that not even a half scoop of meat was remaining on the spoon they were trying to give me. And still tried to charge me fill price for not even half. The chips were stale as well.
Is this an independent store or is more training needed… I do want to add that the young lady at the register was at least courteous.

The food in this location is beyond spicy and they give you so little protein. I went twice to this location and I just couldn’t finish it from how spicy it was didn’t even put any of the sauces. I got rice and beans with chicken for my daughter and even that was beyond spicy not even me or my wife could stand it imagine a kid. I eat at other chipotle location all the time and don’t feel like this even when i put the green sauce.

Went through mobile order line. Took 13min because there were others in line.
Food was neatly packaged and got fresh soda as ordered. Got home and order was accurate with utensils
Now the food.. the food.. well chips are stale. Every clermont chipotle has stale chips. Thought this one would be different because it’s new – nope. My kid got a quesadilla kids meal, which was accurate, but do they know that there’s a max daily salt intake for humans? I believe I got an adult serving in ONE spoonful of the beans. Good thing I tried it before my kid; needless to say, did not serve that to her.
Successfully tried all chipotles in this city of Olympians or champions or whatever; won’t be back. But not to worry in a few short years I’m sure we’ll have more chains because what’s healthier than chain restaurants!?

Alot of employees are rude not all but most they never ever smile they always do things with a slight attitude and the portions are horrible they barely fill the bowl up or the burrito. they serve with rudeness and just beyond not a good experience compared to other chipotles definitely wont be coming back i have a chipotle i go to but its a bit of a way but when this one opened up it was much closer and i thought i found my new go to but i guess not definitely dont recommend. was getting guac the girl barely put anything on the spoon and its like a $3 upcharge i just said forget it.

Stopped by to pick up some food for the family. Very clean inside. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The food was fresh and very well assembled. So far I’m loving the new location.

The health standards here are horrible! Do not eat here. You will get food that is prepared on a surface wiped by the same rag that is used to clean the trash cans! I will never eat at chipotle again, this is happening at most all of them over town. I’m done, that’s sad because the food taste great….

New restaurant opened recently. Great location right off rt27. But parking is a little tight. Small seating area, mainly high tops. And some of them have the line of people waiting to order right on top of them. They really should have some type of divider. Not a very welcoming and comfortable store design. Food is typical Chipotle. Staff seemed to know their stuff. It was difficult to find a table that was clean. They really need to make cleaning them a priority.
