I was super excited for Chipotle to go into our neighborhood but this location is a flop. Incredibly small portions and will charge you for double meat if you request one actual portion (see photo of just 1 portion of chicken). Barbacoa was hard as a rock, like jerky. The wait was long as employees were chatting at the bar, unattended meat cooking on the grill, and CMT Marcus was lounging by the pickup window telling all the employees he loved them rather than expediting the long line or managing the process (repeatedly heard him being called Marcus in conversation, with his card directly in front of the register).

Food sits out for hours on end until it’s gone. They do not throw away food even if it’s gotten to the point where it’s dried out crumbs. Extremely stingy with portions despite food being $10+ for one item. Bathroom was covered in pee and dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned in multiple days. When I walked in an employee was smoking a cigarette right next to a family eating. I watched her walk in, put her apron back on, AND SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS, simply put on gloves and started making food for the person behind me. The tables were filthy with food and grime as well. The only “clean” table looks like it was wiped down with a dirty rag. Two out of three napkin dispensers were empty. About two forks left in the four different compartments they’re kept in. As soon as the employees got done with the rush they immediately go to the back and start gossiping with each-other instead of taking 5 minutes to clean up. I am extremely disappointed, this is the worst experience i’ve ever had at a chipotle and by reading the other reviews, this is normal for them. Manager needs to train his employees rather than talking to them like he’s a teenager as well. You are there to manage the store not act like you just got hired. There’s a reason why this is the worst rated Chipotle in the area. Do not waste your money on this garbage.

Something about the bowl i got on March 3rd 2026. Absolutely gave me the tingle. Perfect portions. Chips were salty. Nice workers. Air was crisp and 75 outside. Deserves a 5 star review.

Very small portions, workers get upset when you ask for more food to equal the normal chipotle standard portion amount and will charge for double meat. I’ve never been to a chipotle like this one. music is very loud and difficult to enjoy eating inside. Don’t plan to return until service improves and I was so excited about this location. Bummer.

Went here the other night at 9:20 when they close at 11. There were no employees in sight but yelling coming from the back. The food prep area was very dirty also, I was already having a bad feeling about the this experience. My husband and I walked in and I noticed there was not veggies made and was already planning on asking about that. We stood at the line for a few minutes without seeing an employee, and then a younger girl with braids walked by us, didn’t acknowledge us, went to the togo area and grabbed something, walked back by us. No “I’m sorry I’ll be right with you”, no smile, nothing – I don’t even think she looked at us. We continued to wait a few more minutes but at this point I wanted to leave. She finally came back and looked at me, no smile or apology, and just said “and for you”? We started to order, her whole personality was dull and unpleasant. My husband started to order and we were asked which rice we wanted, and then she looked at the rice and said “we only have brown”. I’ve been going to chipotle for years – it was over an hour before close, there was nothing on the grills, no employees around, and I feel as though she was just too lazy to go get any. We said never mind and and left. We won’t be going back. This was at the Dunedin location.

Came in on a Friday night and there was only ONE employee handling every single station- prepping, cooking, making the meals, handling cashier, etc etc. Despite this, Josh had such a positive attitude the whole time! Such an awesome multitasker and great employee with excellent customer service. This location is veryyy lucky to have him, he definitely deserves a raise.

Worse Chipotle ever! Walked in to a dirty atmosphere. Employee who finally decided to help me at the counter proceeded to wipe their nose with their bare hand and then grab and handle gloves they put on to now handle my food! Disgusting!! Food was either dried out or non-existent. The food that was present and dried out, seemed to have pieces of other food mixed in or around the container. The whole place from start to finish was dirty, and unprofessional. A horrible experience. In my opinion, this site should be immediately shutdown if for nothing more than uncleanliness.

There were 6 people waiting to order only 1 person to wait on customers and he also was running the register. The chicken was so spicy we couldn’t eat it. The music was so loud you could not hear what the kid was saying who was waiting on you. Don’t think we will be going there again.

Atmosphere really bad. Cashier cut me up in the line without saying excuse me and purchase his meal. Food really bad quality wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Everything was low. And employees don’t even try to be better. Rice has a LOT!! Of lemon definitely won’t come back to this location. Would be glad if they closed it down.

Rated a 2 so my review doesn’t get deleted. Ordered take out, they murdered my taco with lettuce and cheese, not too bad. The food was cold like every other review says, and the chicken hadn’t seen any seasoning since it’s conception. My daughter took a bite of chicken and promptly spit it out and threw it. I don’t blame her. Getting my refund asap
