Been coming here since 2019 and never had any major issues. Great food, (usually) fast service, and friendly line workers/managers.
There were a small amount of times I’ve come here where I had sub-par service, like getting an overly-salted burrito, or getting smaller portions than usual, but 9/10 times it’s been fine. The atmosphere is always pretty chaotic though, so I’d opt-out of eating inside.
And honestly, think a majority of these reviews are overly negative for a fast-casual restaurant. If you come in, are polite to the workers, and keep expectations low, you shouldn’t be too disappointed.

Completely wrong pickup order and poorly made food. It was as if they did not read what we actually ordered and just put in whatever they wanted. They did not put anything we asked for, it was entirely random and we paid extra for guac and queso on both, which we did not receive. We had to go back and tell them and they made us go through the line and completely reorder. They offered us chips and queso, the chips were stale. So horrible.

I love this new chipotle location in New Port Richey. The portion of rice can be small but if I request extra they are happy to accommodate.
The food is fresh and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The manager is amazing. I have a chipotle by my house but this is my location of choice. My office staff and I have been patiently waiting for this build and we have not been disappointed yet and we go during the lunch rush.

Absolutely terrible experience, went in around 9:52 pm and there was a woman with tattoos on her neck, in the kitchen, that was beyond disrespectful to other employees when they asked for help finding guacamole in the back. The tattoo girl continued to stare at her phone while the line was at the door and everyone else was doing their job/closing.

Tables were not wiped, customer service was moderate, the bare basic interaction with the customer and almost all the food containers needed refill (let’s not that it was not really busy ) so my bowl was filled the last bit of almost everything.

No attempt from staff to connect. AI shows more emotion than these people which is scary. Felt like I was just an object on the belt of a processing plant. Not to mention you get bent over the barrel for what they charge you. I know if you want double meat it’s extra, but $23 for double steak and a bag of chips?? Thankfully I get two meals out of this.

My bf didnt Pay almost $30 for a burrito and bowl for the rice to be rock hard , do better chipotle, and on top of waiting in a long line. tried to call for a refund or another order and the stupid ai speaker wouldnt connect me to the store saying something along the lines of “i can file your complaint here and let the crew members focus on making burritos” they should FOCUS on how to make rice that takes 10-15 minutes smh. dont make no doggone sense. if i could give negative stars i would.

My bowl was half empty and the guac was expired. Other than that the burrito was good. Just make sure the workers keep up the FIFO method. I understand it can be busy but it was slow today.
