We love chipotle and love that the new location is even closer to us. Ordered two chicken bowls and wish that the vegetables were cooked, peppers were raw. Thought maybe it was just that day. Went a second time and order a steak bowl and the vegetables were still raw and the steak was very salty and unfortunately had to throw it away.

Just opened, already flopped. Too many people talking at each other instead of working as a team. Nobody could understand simple instructions or what portion control is. For example, they gave me a spoonful of meat and a pound of guacamole and skipped my sour cream entirely. When we asked for our burritos double wrapped they just gave an extra tortilla….??? Bunch of kid workers and the one guy I’m assuming the manager rather give chips for free than hear what was wrong. Poor cashier girl got told, “just ring them up” when trying to ask that guy what she was suppose to ring up!? Like be better.
Never have I seen such a slow team and still get rushed out with missing shit and messed up food. What a shame. Guess the one off of 19 in NPR will still be our go to cause this location didn’t get it together.

Love chipotle, and the food, but it’s wild to not give out water cups. I get that some people may abuse the system, but it should be up to the establishment to monitor that. Every other Chipotle I eat at, I’ve never had this issue before.

My son absolutely loves Chipolte so he was happy when a new location opened closer to us. We’ve ordered a few times to go and each time it’s been very fresh and accurate. Staff is very friendly.

The steak is extra spicy I couldn’t even finish it because it was so spicy. I understand that it is coming with some spice but when I have gone to other chipotle it is never that spicy. Some people like a lot of spice but not everyone does.

I order online for pick up. Missing guacamole, missing the chips, Missing guacamole on food itself. The order had spicy sauce which I didn’t add.. The tortillas were hard.

I don’t normally review but I had great customer service at this new location and felt the two employees deserved recognition! The man working the line and the woman working the register around 9 pm tonight were helpful and friendly, definitely the best service I’ve had at any chipotle in months 🙂
