Great but shrinking portions not cool
Overall, this Chipotle is great clean, inviting, and a welcome addition to the community. The staff is friendly and the food is consistently tasty. However, the portions have noticeably shrunk compared to many other Chipotle locations we’ve visited. It would be nice if management or corporate could review what’s acceptable because customers definitely notice when the bowls get lighter. Otherwise, a solid spot we’ll keep supporting, just hoping they bring those portions back up!

It was Taco Tuesday once again and my oldest son and I have a standing appointment every Tuesday! We celebrate 52 Taco Tuesdays annually! It’s so much fun choosing a variety of our favorite restaurants to help us celebrate! This particular Tuesday he said “Mom let’s shake things up a little and try something different today, like maybe Chipotle Mexican Grill?” I said “Okay!” And he returned with the most scrumptious,amazing bowls of deliciousness! I highly recommend Chipotle Mexican Grill to anyone who wants healthy well prepared Mexican cuisine at a reasonable price!

After watching disgusting, unsanitary practices by the employees at the Chipotle on 19 in Port Richey, we stopped going there altogether. We were driving be this Chipotle and decided to try it. Wow, what a difference! This is how the one in Port Richey was like when they first opened. Clean. Polite employees. Correct orders. Although this location is far from home, it’s worth stopping by when we’re in the area.
As far as the food. It’s Chipotle food. It’s just ok.

Update: although the chicken was gross the first few times like shown below I’ve given them a few more tries and they have redeemed themselves I will be changing my review
I order here on my lunch break frequently because it’s the closest to my house , but time and time again the chicken is terrible . Dry, over cooked , super salty. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they’re a newer store but there’s no improvement.

Just went in to the new one on hwy 19. Got a bowl with brown rice as the starter. The rice was crunchy not soft as it should be ruined the entire experience of the bowl. Don’t know if it was because this was a new one with new staff but was not to my liking at all. At this time would not recommend this place to others.

This has to be the BEST chipotle bowl i’ve EVER had, im not sure who made my bowl because i set it for pick up.. but they absolutely killed it.. it was ready early and they’re not missing out on anything, the meat is well flavored and the veggies are super fresh.. rice is well cooked. i’ve been to some chipotles where ive been given crunchy rice, not here. the staff are friendly and outgoing, it’s just all around a great chipotle!! very happy i decided to try out this location, you guys are awesome! thank you thank you thank you!! keep up the good work 🙂

Absolutely phenomenal! The two managers on duty. Axel and another wonderful girl whose name I unfortunately forgot, are incredible. You can tell they run the best team! The place was spotless, calm, and so welcoming even later at night on a Sunday. Every employee greeted us with a smile. Our food came out fast, perfectly made, and tasted amazing!

The food is yummy and the people were nice. We went at 9 and they already had things put away when they close at 11. One worker threw a few lids around like we were bothering him. Portion size has gotten way better than it used to be. Overall it was great minus the feeling of being an inconvenience coming in 2 hours before closing.

Hands down the best location in the Pinellas/Clearwater/Palm Harbor area. All the employees are always so kind and the food always tastes awesome. Camiron and Javonte were the kindest more patient souls!!! Their customer service is alsways above and beyond. Thank you so much for opening this new location!!!

Charged double protein when all i asked for was a few more pieces of chicken because the guy was stingy. They then charged me $14 for a portion of chicken I get at every other chipotle. Skipping this one from now on.
