We are regular Chipotle customers and have always loved it. Every time we travel to the US, we make a point of eating here more than once, and the food has always been great. Unfortunately, this time, at this particular location, our experience was very disappointing.
The staff behind the counter seemed either very new or not trained to the usual Chipotle standards. We could tell the difference because we know how things are normally done. The tortillas were not warmed and softened with the proper tool, nor rolled before being opened from the plastic bag– they were left sitting on the counter, preheated earlier, and served cold. Portions were noticeably smaller than usual. We even had to ask for extra rice and chicken because there was so little inside, and the burritos still ended up being unusually small.
Neither of the staff members knew how to wrap them properly. They struggled so much that they had to use two pieces of foil for each burrito – despite them being small, not overfilled.
The restaurant itself was not clean. Both the customer area and the staff’s work area looked untidy compared to other Chipotle locations we’ve visited. Several drink options, like lemonade and watermelon, were almost empty. Utensil stations had no forks or knives, and the dining area was simply not up to the usual standards we’re used to.
We left feeling disappointed and honestly a bit sad, because we’ve always had great experiences at Chipotle – but this location fell far short of what we expect.

Had to update the review since I came back today. Grace is a burrito wrapper of the people. I told her today watching her wrap burritos was like watching Michelangelo paint the Sistine chapel. She said bet. Then proceeded to once again silence the haters and wrap a great burrito.
Way to go Grace.
There are haters out there saying “chipotle burritos are small now” but they just haven’t met Grace. She put her strong forearms to the test and crushed the game. Burritos so large they made me tap out and say “yes I will need a doggy bag”

We visited yesterday. Food is always good, but that’s it. We saw live roaches in the dining room, and I contacted the department of health. Major health concern, if roaches are all in the dining room. Trash cans overflowing. Food and drinks all over the floor. Every single table was soiled with food. Almost all Of the drinks were out. No soap, sanitizer or paper towels in restroom.

I’ll start with the positive- the food was good. Ordered a bowl- the rice, chicken, & queso were all good.
Now… they have KIDS working here. Waited to be helped when no one was in line. They were horsing around, playing amongst themselves and couldn’t seem to get things together so we could get food and eat. Just a heads up…hopefully your experience will be different. Not sure if we’d return. Also watch your surroundings at night as there was people outside asking for money.

Well here’s my last time at this establishment. Came in on a weekday at 1137 am. Only like 4 people in front of me. When I get to order there’s no chicken. None. No grilled veggies. Girl says at least 10 minutes for chicken and 15 for grilled veggies. Other says I can make your bowl with pork? I said no, I came for chicken and vegetables. She rolls her eyes at me and walked away. Other one says” you’re really gonna wait for the chicken?” I walked out and almost broke the door off the hinges. My bad. I got issues

I really can’t complain about the food except the fact that the meat portions are just too small. I tried the Chicken Al Pastor this time. Meat was good but by the time I get my bowl and mix it up, it’s mainly rice. Service is ok, facility could be cleaner.

For someone who eats here atleast once a week and spend atleast $15 everytime I go this is very disappointing the bowl was skimped extremely there was hardly any rice it was mostly full of beans. Very disappointing.
