Absolutely love Chipotle, so I don’t have anything bad to say about the food because it’s amazing as always. The service that this location was pretty good it is a busy Saturday afternoon and they were all handling it well and working as a team. My only negative comment is that while I understand serving your guest is top priority, there has to be some level of priority for cleaning the dining area, sodastation and restrooms. The soda station was atrocious there was no silverware no napkins no Lids no straws and trash absolutely everywhere, and the restrooms were unusable. Again I’ve worked in the food industry and realize priorities change when a rush starts but it didn’t seem that anyone had cleaned these areas and quite some time

Second time having Chipotle and the food is really good,but they like to over charge you so be careful and have them explain to you what you ordered. I had 2 Al pastor bowls and only 1 with extra chicken and also got charged for extra steak. I got the queso n chips which I thought the queso would come with it and I got charged for extra queso. Yes everything is pricy,wtbs I’d like the money I work for to count. I was given a number to call for a credit or money back lol I’m going to stay home and cook. Good food though

I found a rubber band in my food, and cannot even contact the store manger. I only can speak to customer service….I am so upset, I was so close to almost eating it. This is unbelievable. I will make sure this gets to higher up’s 🙁

I love the foods there, but it’s not for people that can not tolerate spice. It is not kids friendly….unless they pick from foods that have no spices: rice, beans, sour cream, corn. Not that many options for kids.

The girl at the register with a piercing in her face was extremely rude. We did an online order for 3:40, came in at 3:50 and didn’t see our order on the wall so we stood there patiently waiting. She asked us what we needed and we told her the online order name, she then rolled her eyes and went back to get our order. When she handed it to us she seemed extremely annoyed. Definitely Will not be going back to this location.
