After a couple of months, I decided to give this Chipotle location another try. I went with my sister and ordered a burrito, hoping things would be better this time. Unfortunately, while I was eating, I found two black hairs in my food. They were definitely not mine, since I have brown hair.

This was really disappointing and honestly unacceptable. Cleanliness and food safety should always be a top priority. I really hope this location takes better care of their hygiene standards moving forward, because situations like this make it hard to want to come back.

PAST REVIEW:
I usually enjoy eating here, but I feel like I need to share a concerning experience. Earlier this week, I ate at this location and woke up the next morning feeling extremely sick and throwing up. At first, I thought it might have been unrelated, but then I realized my mom had eaten here the week before and felt sick shortly after as well. On top of that, two of my friends also experienced similar symptoms after eating at Chipotle Mexican Grill on different days.

Since all of us ate on separate occasions and had similar reactions, it’s pretty worrying. I’m not here to accuse, but I really think something may be off with the food handling or ingredients. I hope management looks into this so others don’t go through the same experience.

The person taking the initial order mumbles and barely looks up. The steak tasted dry and overcooked. The sour cream was ice cold and rapidly cooled down my entire bowl. The guacamole portion was laughable give the $2.75 price!

Yeah…been coming to this location for a few years. Started off fine, then kinda “meh”, and today was my last time in there. There was quite literally a squashed fly in (not ON, IN!) the lid of my queso. Called the store because it was a 25 minute drive home. No answer. Submitted to Chipotle online..no answer. Don’t waste your hard earned $$ in this place.

Don’t eat here unless you want crappy service and portions with a side of dead fly.

Filthy. Female cashier pulled tray out from under counter at register and it was covered with old smooshed rice and lettuce, she still put our food on it. I got a salad, she maybe put a 1/2 cup lettuce. It’s like soup with bits of lettuce. I came to this location 1 other time about 3 years ago and I thought Since I was here I’d give them another chance…fool me once

Absolutely disgusted and disgusting. Ordered the quesdila wife ordered the three tacos. I ordered two sides of the caso Blanco and the faghita vegetables and sour cream. Didn’t receive the veggies sour cream or caso Blanco. If you call 1/5 of a tortilla that was hard as a rock, tasteless and barely any chicken a quesdila than your severely wrong! Food was delivered on a lunch tray for toddlers with barely a spoonful of white rice which was lumpy and took one swipe of a fork to eat! Spent $80 that we won’t see back as we used doordash and will not complain thru them and hurt the driver. Worse is call to complain,get someone overseas that doesn’t speak clear English than blames the driver! Driver did not make my food nor packages it. After five phone calls finally get a manager at the restaurant that doesn’t speak better English than the people overseas and refuses to do anything blaming the driver once again.

Older Hispanic lady was on the phone a really long time and making me wait for my to-go order. I had to ask and get her attention several times. Her English fluency is really bad unless you know you’re talking about her and I said she was on the phone the whole time and I had to go back and ask for something because she was too busy talking to whomever. I’m not even really sure if it was a customer or not since she was on the phone so long. Then she gave me an attitude about it when I had to ask someone else for help getting something. Rude. Oh and some other kid here. Last time I was here was holding a tip jar in my face for god sakes. I’m not kidding! After getting harassed by people in the parking lot which I won’t go into with their vehicles and doing this thing called rolling coal which is illegal. I probably won’t be leaving tips! Also, they did a really awful job of wrapping my burrito. I guess I should mention the corporate how awful this place is.

Don’t come to this location EVER unless you want to pay for meals with minimal meat.… the woman doesn’t wear a name tag so I can’t tell you who it is however this isn’t the first time, and I refuse to ask for extra to be charged for 2 pieces more.. she acts as if the meat comes directly from her paycheck. I actually try to avoid this location at all costs just to not be served by this woman but couldn’t today. She also gets an attitude if you ask for more. Do better. Counter staff were not well trained. Bins of meat were empty and the server had no idea where to get more. The line was backed up but there were plenty of other staff standing around. The place was a mess. Tables hadn’t been cleaned. The food was good but it was a struggle to order. Maybe the manager’s day off?

I went in this morning at around 11 40 am to pick up my order worth 11 bucks and was told at the checkout counter that I cannot redeem the free guacamole (a reward in app). So, I had to buy chips and guac separately by paying 5 bucks… even then they didn’t honor the reward of the app… !! It seemed like the girls working at the computer had no idea how to give that free guacamole to customers… If u think u can stay in business with this kind of low level customer service, I am really sorry. Highly disappointed.
They told me that you have to place an order through the app worth 5 bucks , as if I was getting the bowl worth 11 bucks for free !!
This store definitely needs good management !

I am not someone who loves posting negative reviews but this kind of petty behavior needs attention by the owner… !!

Rare chipotle W for me here on 6/27/25. Best chipotle bowl I’ve had in a while, give these boys a raise.. Extremely quick, polite, good portions, everything was stocked, in & out as quick as I ordered. Place looked clean. Doing it right here today!
