I used to love this place and the food, but my last visit was unacceptable.
Yes, portions are getting smaller everywhere — that’s understandable. What is NOT acceptable is the filthy condition of this restaurant. There were cockroaches running around, no soap in the restroom, the sink was clogged, and the overall cleanliness was absolutely terrible. It felt unsanitary and unsafe.
Because of these serious health concerns, I have filed a complaint with the health department. Until major improvements are made, I will not be returning.

I didn’t realize this place was so dirty, until I paid for my food and went to get utensils. Let me just say I was shocked, so much so that while I was hungry, I drove home and eat, instead of dine in. Now, the food was tasty, everything I got was made before my eyes as they kept bringing out more food. I had the honey chipotle chicken rice bowl. Man it was good. But someone needs to clean this place. The drinks station is messy, rice grains on the tables etc. I think this is the dirtiest chipotle I’ve been to!

This is the 2nd time I have ordered late around 9pm one bowl I only get steak, rice, beans, lettuce and Guacamole and they didn’t have any lettuce but had some for online only. They also did not have any chocolate milk for the kids meals, they had no chips ready either for the kids meals and coped an attitude when one employee told the cashier that there was a bin of chips in the back and he needed to put them in bags. When I arrived, no one greeted me.I waited for about five minutes or so because everyone was huddled around the cashier discussing how they were going to split the tips for the night since some people were going home. This is the second time I’ve gone so late. The first time I did my rice was uncooked. I could not eat it. I took the bowl back the next day (manager gave me my money back) and the cashier killed a cockroach by the cash register with the bag that he was gonna put my bowl in that should have been my last chance with them.But no, since they are only five minutes away, I decided to give them another chance late at night and I rather drive to the one that is further down on fruitville, instead. They really need to have an “adult” 30 and up as night management to keep an eye on them. The service was just awful tonight.

went to this location for my work break and I ordered a bowl to go. Went in around 940ish so they still had about 1.5 left before closing. Chairs already on top of the tables. I wanted white rice but the white rice had no cilantro in it so I went with the brown rice which did, pinto beans that were dried up, I asked for double chicken but only got regular amount (barely half of a spoon). Went to pay and purchased a regular cup for the fountain and they had already shut off the ice machine?? Co worker that was with me ordered a double steak bowl and was told that there was no steak but the employee opened up the container of steak and said the remaining steak was for online orders only, since when was that a thing? Definitely was not the best visit.

This location is the worst one I’ve ever been to. Every night between 7pm and 8pm they are out of one of the two rice options, and they start to run out of the proteins. They always have a line to the door with how busy they are, and they don’t keep up on the food to support the demand they have. Their employees are also extremely unprofessional, and very rude. They look at and talk to the customers as if they’re an inconvenience. They are also always messing around with each other on the line, or on their phones in front of customers.
They are open until 11pm now, however they seem to always ensure that they are out of product sooner in the night, so they aren’t as busy near closing time.

Can’t keep this place clean ever! Garbage cans always overflowing, trash on floor and tables . Can only imagine how dirty the back kitchen is we can’t see when they allow the area we can see to be this dirty always. No wonder why they had a listeria break out

The food itself was good, but the portions were incredibly small. I even asked two servers to put more chicken and they told me they were not allowed to after only giving me 3/4 of a scoop. The servers had messy hair styles so high probability to get it on the food. The tables were dirty, we had to ask 3 people to clean up ours ( the one for 6 people) until someone ,with an attitude, showed up to do it and badly. We asked for guacamole, the server said there was none left but ten minutes later we realized they had it. Definitely Chipotle needs to do something about cleanliness, starting by their staff. The UTC shopping center it’s too nice to have a Chipotle with this kind of service and appearance.

I was impressed on well they handled my order and reminded me of my guacamole which I knew I didn’t get right away. Chipotle always usually has good food so that’s not an issue. It could be cleaned up a bit more but besides that it’s solid.

I had food poisoning instantly I arrived at 1:28 pm. I made a police report before I came to Chipotle about harassment. There was a white guy standing in front of me with a camera directly pointed on me. Which I move away from him (check the cameras) then I saw the team members leave the front counter and I should of left because it was suspicious. Right after I consumed the Chipotle bowl I had two bowel movements and couldn’t sit up. Nauseated and headache and still having diarrhea. I’m struggling to get out of bed. My food was intentionally poisoned and I will have the cameras reviewed. 12/30/25 at 1:28pm I was in the Chipotle. I’m writing this review at 2:51 am in the morning still nauseated. Sick to me stomach with cramps. It’s 12/31/25 waiting to get the strength to go to ER.
