Totally disgusting. Found the nastiest piece of meat in my kid’s food, the chips were chewy and old, the tortilla on my burrito was old too because it came out of a clear piece of saran wrap from the day before and the floors and tables were dirty.
They had a bucket and a rag out there the entire time we were there, nobody touched it. The floors were filthy. The bathroom had like 5 rolls of toilette paper out in the open. Hope you get a visit from health inspectors soon.
You are clearly cutting back on costs by not hiring a manager, prob going to cost you the entire place on the long run.

My fiancé and I have been so excited for this location to open, and we just tried it for the first time. Our experience was fantastic. We are Chipotle regulars, and both agree that these are the best tasting bowls we have had in a long time! The food is extremely fresh and the staff went above and beyond- we have never met such friendly staff! Could not have been a better first experience at this new location!

Waited for over an hour for my mobile order and they would not make it despite helping walk in customers. I understand they ad busy but waiting that long for a simple bowl is crazy and I could not get a refund from the app. Do not recommend this location as I was not the only one waiting for a long time.

Great service from employees but zero stars to the recruiters standing outside the door that always waste your time on the way in and the way out. They’re constantly there every time we go and it’s stressful. I don’t think there anything to even do with chipotle.

I have been to this chipotle many times. Each time the food taste different. Nothing like other chipotle locations. Today was my last time visiting this location as my food taste horrific. My whole entire bowl was burnt and unenjoyable. Waste of money, had to throw the food away.

This is the 3rd time I’ve gone in since they opened. Every time it’s dirty inside which is sad because it’s a new store. The food is always running out and all over the counter. Tonight there was a sweet young guy trying to do everything himself. A girl came over to help and and although she was not unpleasant she wasn’t pleasant either. They was almost out of chicken so she gave me a half a scoop in each bowl and said ,”anything else?” I said yes a little more chicken please so she obliged with just a bit more. Then my husband had the same issue but he was getting the steak and asked for a little more steak (as she only gave him half a scoop of the bottom of the pan) . She asked if he wanted double protein and he said, “no just the regular amount”. She took it over to where the manager was cutting it and said something where they both got a laugh at our expense. I ordered chips and seen the kid who was just at the register go and take some out of the big tin shallow pan they had them in with his dirty gloves in front of the manager. I will not be going back to this location again. I will stay loyal to the Ellenton location. Also all the food was cold and stale except the steak that came out fresh!

I’m only leaving a review because i feel so bad for the young kid teenagers that work at this chipotle. I know they just opened but we went and there was no manager in sight, the place was a mess, and when we asked the kid at the front to take something off our ticket because it was wrong he said he literally couldn’t because the manager had left and there was no manager working tonight at all. I feel so bad for these teens the management they are under is truly pathetic.

This store is a disaster. Don’t get me wrong, I think the staff is doing the best with what they have to work with. Most of the time there is only one person working the line which gets completely backed up. Food is great. However the drink station, trash cans, tables, front drink refrigerator are gross and dirty. I will be passing on this store from now on. Note last week their cheese shredder was down and they didn’t have cheese, this week they were out of steak.

I hate to leave these kinds of reviews but this place was filthy..it was my first and last time there. IDK if they were understaff…but the trash cans were overflowing, we had to clean off the table inside for us to eat (all the tables outside were dirty), the place for ppl to fill drinks was covered in trash, the hand sanitizer in the waiting line was empty, I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and the paper towels were out..this place was gross, and previous reviews point out the same issue that it’s gross. It’s only even open for 2-3 months and I’m surprised it’s this disgusting. I won’t be going back.
