Came here during their first week of opening. Obviously the place looked great because everything is brand new but I have to say that service was good and very attentive as there was someone who was constantly sweeping the floor and cleaning off all of the tables which you hardly ever see at other Chipotles. Portions were great as in my pictures, nice scoop of rice and a good scoop of meat. It’s nice that they have outdoor seating and is the only location in Naples with a drive-thru.

As with any new opening, there are growing pains. If you’re one that expects perfection, wait a few weeks until all the kinks are worked out. I went during lunch on a weekday. Staff was pleasant and service fast. Food tasted good and what is expected from chipotle.

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever seen. No rice. No veggies. No chicken. No chips. I understand things happen but this has happened at this location 3 times. Chipotle should remove this location only a few months after opening.

Its important to note that i have never left a bad review on a restaurant. I will not order from this store ever again. This is the third straight time that they screwed up our order and they completely screwed you over on portions sizes. My bowl this time is literally half of what a normal bowl is at Chipotle. Their prices have become ridiculous and their portions are a joke. Simply bad

we asked for a food that is NOT spicy and we ordered two portions based on what they recommended. The rice was sour and smell funky. Meat was very spicy and we both are spend the night in pain and heartburn. We asked for MOD and cashier said there is nothing they can do since the food is already prepped. Nothing was offered. I was NOT behind my money but at least they could offer something to replace it. This was our quick dinner before our drive to Orlando and we been very very uncomfortable on the road because of this. On the way back, there was another couple at the door for another complaint. This place is going down to hill. Chipotle used to be good old times. NOT anymore.

I visited yesterday and was disappointed to find the same problems customers have been complaining about nationwide. My bowl came with three scoops of rice and barely half a scoop of meat, a pathetic portion, especially with prices constantly climbing. It feels less like a meal and more like being shortchanged. What makes this worse is that Chipotle isn’t oblivious, social media is flooded with complaints, and even shareholders have opinions about shrinking portions.
Since this is a new location, it’s safe to assume a regional/district manager or higher-level supervisor had a hand in training. That makes it all the more damning: if this is the standard they’re setting on day one, it’s proof Chipotle has no real commitment to value, satisfaction, or keeping its customers.
With a CAVA opening right next door, where the portions are actually respectable, you’re better off skipping Chipotle altogether.

Horrid Service & Staff. Place is fortunate enough to have overflow of staff BUT they’re SO lazy! Staff just ‘hangs out’ & when they help public, they’re face, gait & attitude is awful, like ur asking for free items or something. I tried to be super nice through it all to no avail. Timing, cleanliness of restaurant, meh- for being a very new place. Terrible way of placing food in to go containers, they honestly have no pride in any of their work. 1st & Last time I will go to this particular site. I’ll drive half hour for the better location for sure.

Last night my boyfriend and I went to pick up our mobile order in the drive thru. When we got home, we realized that they had completely made my order wrong. Instead of white rice, steak, pinto beans, and cheese they put white rice, pork, black beans, and cheese. So, we went back to get the order remade and the girl helping us let us know that they were completely out of steak, which was fine. Instead, I asked for a refund so that way I could go get food somewhere else. After I asked, she went over and told someone we were asking for a refund and he walked over and asked if he could remake it. I told him that since they are out of steak, a refund would be fine. He then told me that they were not out and they had some in the drive thru corner. They ended up remaking the bowl for me and reading off the order, white rice, steak, pinto beans, and cheese. When my boyfriend and I got in the car, we checked the bowl and they somehow added corn into it, something that wasn’t on my order and the guy didn’t even list when he read out my order. I didn’t want to be a pain so I went home and picked out the corn. This should not have happened at all and I hope action is taken training wise for employees.

The food was good, the portions generous, but I wasn’t impressed with the tortilla that wrapped my burrito. It was extremely chewy. I’ll try a bowl next time.

This is the steak burrito. Where is the steak? This location has misplaced their meat. I ordered a burrito bowl as well, it was filled to the brim with rice, there was about 3 bites with barbacoa in it. Beware.
