came on march 25th, staff was very rude! dark haired woman with dark make up kept giving me dirty looks through out my order, turned around and was on her phone in the middle of a rush, in front of customers and gave me 5 pieces of steak and gave my friend the wrong chicken, when i spoke up about the steak her male coworker, tall and bearded proceeded mansplain steak portions, extremely unhappy with the way we were treated. new cashier was very nice though!

The food was good once it was finally made right , but to be 100% honest they need to really pay attention to the people they hire or get a new hiring manager , having someone who is bilingual is a GREAT asset to have in a business but to hire someone who ONLY speaks Spanish and no English is not . I went to order 4 bowls and have literally never had this issue before but this is the 2nd time at this location that I have had to try to order from an employee who speaks absolutely no English, I always have to bring someone that speaks Spanish with me and even then 2 of the bowls was messed up and had to be remade all because the employee didn’t even know what the food options were in English at least . I’m very understanding for the most part but that literally makes u not want to go there because u don’t want to be holding up the line and waiting forever just because an employee doesn’t understand a bit of English. And really the company should know who they hire and if who they hire doesn’t speak English at all they should not be taking orders from customers they should be doing something else like food prepping in the back or something like that so the other employees can easily communicate the needs to them in Spanish rather than them taking orders and are confused and messing up the whole time . It’s not fair to the employees or the customers .

Good burrito and bowl, lady put a whole scoop of guacamole on my bowl when I asked for half she removed it and put back into the servicing tray. 2/3 workers speak Spanish only and didn’t know how to use online gift cards. No ice in machine either

Got food delivered the kids meal should have been 2 soft tortillas instead it was 1 large hard one and then the steak burrito had no steak on it at all!!!! I would not recommend this chipotle to anyone

No greeting. Everyone looks mad at the world. Line so long bc they are so understaffed. I saw so much cross contamination. No hand washing just applying new gloves on dirty hands . I saw a young lady touch her hair face and itch her nose. She was making food and ringing ppl out with the same gloves. Another young lady was handling Raw meat and also making food . I got so disappointed and disgusted I just left. This is the behavior that ends up getting ppl sick. They need to hire more qualified ppl that respect the food industry. They also should probably be retrained.

Every time I walk into this location there is one person making orders for people and four people standing around. Food is always good but that only goes so far when you stand and wait 15-20 minutes in an empty restaurant with a line of people who are all thinking the same thing. You’re better off ordering it for delivery online or picking it up.

Bought my order ahead of time, the store says they’re entirely out of chips and guacamole. How does that even happen. Anyways, could not get a refund because I paid online. I just have to take the loss. Don’t bother with this location ’cause whoever orders the food/supplies clearly doesnt know what theyre doing

I had wait with a group of people (6-7)all bunched up by the register for there on line orders. Most were deliver service. Took over 30min past the pick up time. Only one person doing the on line orders. I was just going to get in line. Try to cancel the order and the manager told me I would need to call Chipotle. IM AT CHIPOTLE. What a zoo that place is. Will never order on line again.

Ordered food online and it said it would be ready at 6:10pm. At 7:10 I’m still waiting at the counter asking what’s going on. They say they must have lost the order so they make it real quick. When I got home my food had no meat on it my wife’s had barely any while my son was missing chips and his drink. Might want to stay away from this chipotle

Location is constantly having issues, while at times you can see they are understaffed other times staff is focusing more on pre closing vs attending to the line wrapped around the restaurant. Constantly closed at random times of the day. No urgency from staff. While I will say the staff is always polite and food is warm.. takes about 30/40 minutes to get your food. Add/manage staff more accordingly please.
