I ordered a burrito on 11/04/2025 and picked it up. Once I got it home, I realized it was less than half the size it should have been! I was livid, especially since neither lady behind the counter appeared to speak English. When I went back to complain both of the ladies stood there looking like deer in headlights. I left pissed off because I basically paid for a full burrito and received a third of one. This will be the LAST TIME that I ever order any food from here!!

Terrible experience. The manager is liar and tells me there is no cheese. I asked if there was any in the back. She says no. Proceeds to charge me for my queso extra. While im eating they pull out a block of cheese and start shredding it. While im eating and even after I asked and said I would wait for cheese if they had it. Place is very messy and poorly managed. I will say chipotke is going down hill and it is because of the terrible managers you hire.

WHAT HAS HAPPEN TO THIS STORE? I started to come here because the other Chipotle was running itself into the ground. Now this location has begun the path of disgust and mayhem. I walked in at 7:00 pm ish, and there were two people sitting in the restaurant. Not one table was cleaned, and the floors were disgusting. This is not the first time I have been presented with this. I have inquired with the manager and was told, ” During certain times, we may not leave our post.” What in an apple turnover does this mean? If the tables and floor are in desperate need of cleaning, get off your phones and go grab a broom, mop, and cleaner and get cleaning. The garbage containers were overflowing, and not one person lifted their micro pinky to clean. As if this was not the worst…I walked up and was greeted by one of the regulars. I asked for a burrito; however, when examining the food boards, nothing was wiped down, and there was no chicken, regular, or the NEW Al Pastor. I could see the cook starting to place chicken on the fryer; however, this store used to be so proactive in its supply. I was told, oh yeah, we’re out. ” It will be about twenty to twenty-five minutes. WTH!!!!!!! This is not the first time I have had to wait, nor the second or third. This store needs an attitude adjustment in the worst way. I could understand if they had a rush of over 80 people and it lasted for two to three hours; however, when asked if the store was busy, people said, “No, it has been slow.” Come on, Chipotle, get these issues corrected. I have eaten at Chipotle since 2001, from Illinois, to Florida, to the United Kingdom, and truly am disgusted by the practices of this store.

I liked Chipotles until being served a huge bone in my chicken burrito. It really grossed me out and I don’t understand how this could even happen. I brought it to the cashier and assumed he would provide a refund for the super disgusting bone in my burrito. No refund offered so no chipotle in my future.
As much as they charge they should have better quality control along with a chef that cares about the food he prepares.

going out of my way to leave this negative review because ive been silent for months about the awful customer service experience i receive from
the female manager EVERY time i eat there which is about twice a week. if it wasn’t for the fact that it’s the only chipotle in the area, i would’ve stopped eating there months ago. can’t wait to see her promoted out of that location. in terms of the food, this location isn’t bad. typical chipotle. can be hit or miss tho.

Honestly the worst one in Cape. Went in at 10:30 p.m., which granted is a half an hour before closing but bare with me… Just wanted tacos and was greeted with a blank stare for about 3 minutes I asked if I could order. I was told rudely they had no meat in the entire store. I can understand running out of one or two meat options, but to have NONE? A manager could not be bothered to speak to me when I called and had an employee relay messages back and forth.

I’ve eaten at this location quite a few times, but this was the dealbreaker. Smallest burrito I’ve ever gotten. It was literally half a scoop of each topping I had asked for. The only item that didn’t go in it was corn. I told the shift manager it was complete BS and the normal burrito is nearly twice the size. This will be my last time ever going to this location. The owners are cheap, and the shift managers don’t care about customer service. Claiming “They wouldn’t even pay for food there” and that the only reason he eats there is because it’s a free employee meal. For $12.40 this is unacceptable. Order was made at 3:45 6/29/25

Im really not one to write reviews but when I see this happen on a consistent basis I feel it needs to be addressed. This location is always out of chicken it seems like. Clearly it is the most popular protein option so I don’t understand why the employees don’t prepare accordingly for the lunch/dinner rush. It’s annoying when I come in and see the bin basically empty and then the employee just scrapes the bottom of barrel and I basically receive tiny little chicken scraps and I’m being charged full price.

A Chipotle in Cape Coral – A good choice for a meal
This chain was founded in July 1993 in Colorado and has grown to where there are now 3300+ Chipotle restaurants in the US as of Dec 2023 and 222 of them are in Florida. This particular restaurant is located on the northeast side of Del Prado Blvd near the intersection of that road and Veteran’s Memorial Parkway in building shared with a few other businesses to include a Starbucks.. Del Prado is a busy road so getting to and from this location can be a little challenging. Like all the Chipotle restaurants, this site sports the signature menu of bowls, tacos, and burritos made in front of the customer. This location has parking on at least 2 sides of the restaurant and is adjacent to a larger parking area. You order at the counter and follow your food to the register where you pay. I, personally like their chicken bowls but I am not a fan of their chips. The prices are reasonable, the food is excellent, and the staff is friendly. The restaurant was clean with their high and low metal tables for eating your food inside. Overall, this is an excellent place to get a good meal in the area. Enjoy.

Went in for the bogo and waited in line for over 45 minutes when it was my turn to order they said they were out of rice and they could make it with just beans or charge us extra for double meat. When we got to the end they sneak charged us for double meat and never even offered a discount for the lack of rice that was never available. They neglected to tell anyone waiting in line for an extended period of time that there was no rice available. In the end we spent an hour there and left with two half full bowls that we were unfairly and sneakily charged for. We will be completing a dispute with our bank for the fraudulent transaction.
