Had a great experience. Came in 5 minutes before closed and felt really bad about it. Natalie made me and my girlfriend feel welcomed and got us our meal super quick. She was great! Food was awesome too!

Ordered a chicken bowl $10.49 — it was fresh, flavorful, and very satisfying. Generous portions, well-seasoned ingredients, and everything tasted great. Quick service and good value for the price. Definitely a solid choice for a casual meal.

Just left this store and the customer service is not good.. I was told the steak was cooking and will be ready in 10 minutes waited over 20 minutes because the guy was doing the chicken and never has steak cooking. Then everyone had a attitude like they’re waiting. Then after I waited patiently the food portions was for a kid. Smh never again.

Food was absolutely amazing, But the older lady at the register absolutely rude. Completely ignored anything we said an then after asking if my points scanned became very snarky just told me the price again. As i proceeded to sit down an eat she just was watching me sit here and eat my food with a very discussed face.

The staff is nice, however, the food portions and quality are consistently disappointing. The rice is always overcooked and mushy, and the pinto beans are dry. I’ve also noticed pieces of beef ending up in the chicken container, which is unacceptable since I don’t eat beef. On top of that, the corn is overly salty. It’s definitely not worth it, especially when they only serve half a spoonful of each requested item. Thankfully, the staff is kind enough to fix issues when you speak up, but it seems they could use better support and leadership guidance.

Customer service is an absolute joke. Upon downloading the app and using it to mobile order for the first time it sent my order to some store across the US from me. I didnt have a way to cancel it bc I didnt notice until I went to the store it shouldve gone to. The person at the window shrugged and said good luck getting a refund and walked away. No offer to make my order or anything. I tried to use Pepper to get a refund but it wouldnt until I placed ANOTHER order at the right location?? So I called the store the app sent my order to and couldnt speak with a person. I had to Google a customer support number and they also said they cant refund my order until I place another one at the right location. What kind of policy is that?? Get your guac together Chipotle.

I have been here many times and every time that we order it is always a problem. Many times when we’ve placed the order, they are out of something and don’t inform us until we get to the window and no offers of refund are mentioned. This time it was the icing on the cake. Barely any food in the bowl as you can see, and there were literally only five to six small pieces of lettuce, if you can call it that. I ordered a chicken salad and it was nothing but beans chicken and vegetables with sour cream and cheese and 5 to 6 small pieces of lettuce. The employees reflect the management and it is very clear that there is no accountability, no training, and no care for the customers. I won’t be ordering here again.

Yesterday night around 8:30ish I decided to give chipotle another chance, best be told that when I finally got home and ate the chicken it felt very weird and slimy!! When I looked the CHICKEN WAS RAW!!! I feel this location is completely trash, they lack so much, it’s nothing but a bunch of kids, with no management!! TO SERVE RAW CHICKEN TO YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS IS CRAZY!! I will never support them again!!

Everytime I order they give you incorrect portion sizes. I pay for double chicken and they continuously give you less than 1 scoop. This is the last bowl I just ordered that was double chicken. I pulled out all the pieces of chicken just to show how ridiculous this is. Straight fraud. Imagine the amount of money being made by robbing their customers.

I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to Chipotle. The food was extremely salty—to the point where it was inedible. I honestly thought I was giving my kids a healthy meal, but I was so wrong. It was so salty that I had to keep giving them water all day just to help flush it out of their system. That’s not okay, especially for a place that’s supposed to be a better option for families. — too much sodium is not just bad taste, it’s unhealthy
