The guy was a trainer and asked for help multiple times. Nobody would help. He had a good line behind him and wa averting very nervous. He did great for the position they put him in. Everyone else be dry rude, not helpful at all. And we also got cute on portions. We got a bad of chips that had maybe a cup of chips. We had a chicken bowl the bottom was barely full of rice and I only hit a lil scoop of chicken. Just over a bad experience.

I come to this chipotle quite often and usually never have any issues at all. Today was different. I ordered my regular bowl and while eating it found a piece of what looks like some kind of paper or wax paper. I was so disgusted and disappointed. It blended in and I almost did not see it. I hope that no one else has this same experience.

I showed up this evening to pick up a catering order, (Super Bowl Sunday). The gentleman, who I am assuming was the manager, said they were running a little behind. He and his staff quickly boxed everything thing up and were the sweetest! Super polite, apologetic about the time! I would definitely order catering from them again. BTW- food was AWESOME!

I was just there and it was completely empty. 3 employees and me. I walk up to the counter and mention that I have never seen it this empty before to the guy that was there. He said something about not jinxing them and then walked away. Luckily, Tatiy was working and gave me excellent service!! She made my bowl, helped the next guy that came in and then came and cashed me out since neither of the other 2 guys I saw seemed to be interested in working at all. But Tatiy was incredibly pleasant and fast! Give that girl a raise and a few better coworkers, she deserves it!

Extreme lack of quality and portion control. You can order two of the exact same item, carnitas bowl for instance and the difference in portions is immediately noticeable.
Additionally, the level of spice in meats changes depending upon who is manning prep on that shift.

Had to wait for one of our burritos, because they had no more chicken asked the lady put a little bit extra since we had to wait while everybody else’s food was going over. Our burrito, and the older lady at the cash register insisted on charging me. $4 extra dollars had no customer service had a big attitude, and I am very disappointed with her customer service. All other staff was great.

They start closing down too early and shutoff the grills when they are out of steak with almost 2 hours to go. Second time in a row they’ve been out of steak. Causing me to leave without spending money. They need to ensure they have back-stock before shutting the grills off for the night.

09/12/2025 stopped in for lunch to try the Carne Asada bowl which replaced the Chipotle Honey Chicken. It was ok but really didn’t have a lot of marinated flavor compared to their usual flavored proteins. The worst part was there was some fatty grit in some of the meat, not all but I finally got tired of it and pulled it out of my mouth. I probably won’t be trying that again, I’d rather do the Chicken or Barbacoa. Please, please bring back the Chipotle Honey Chicken sooner than later. Sorry to include the pics of the fatty grit. I did it to show that it wasn’t great and it was there.

The cook said a new menu item is coming out soon to replace it and it was good but wouldn’t tell me because it hasn’t yet been released. Anyhow I like this for a quick Mexican meal or as close to Mexican as you can get in Florida.

The servings of guacamole here are so sad. Definitely ask for a side if you want more than one bite with guac in it. The food is pretty good otherwise but the staff are routinely apathetic or appear annoyed. It’s a weird spot. I’d pick another place if you have the option.
