So I walked in and I asked for two burritos I asked for the meat on the side on the first burrito to be put on the second burrito to avoid the overly expensive extra meat cause. The manager told me it was against corporate policy she’d have to charge me for extra meat and a veggie burrito and not allow me to put the meat on the side in the second burrito. I said fine just put the meat on the side I’ll have a bowl and a burrito and just put the chicken in my bowl on my own. When they gave me my meat on the side this is what they gave me like 15 pieces of chicken that’s what they offer that’s their actual portion size just unacceptable. And the attitude and rudeness was unneeded they acted like I was a crazy person I was super polite I was very open to whatever they needed to do and this is how it went.

They served us raw meat. When I brought the bowl back up to the counter to show them and hopefully get a new bowl with cooked meat the woman at the counter looked at the steak and said it was cooked. The recipe calls for medium rare steak she said. I mentioned to her I had been a customer of chipotle for many years and had never seen the meat bloody pink like this. She went on to tell me this is how they cook it and turned away. You be the judge…was the steak under cooked?

I’ve been coming here for years, and I’ve always been happy with the portion size. However, I picked up my burrito today and I noticed it much smaller, and less meat than normal. Nothing like walking into a restaurant at 1045 when they close at 11 and they tell you that they are out of Steak and Chips. Told me I would have to choose from what was left, I’m sorry, isn’t that exactly what you guys are known for?
I came from another Chipolte around the corner because they were out of product too. Guy behind the counter was pretty nice about it he offered me a sample of the other meat before I had him finish the plate. The rest of the staff looked extremely inconvenienced that I walked in. I obviously was the only person there.
What’s the purpose of having it listed on the door “Now Open Later” if you don’t have the product while you are open? Should say “Now Open Later, but there’s a chance we don’t have the popular items because it’s late and we don’t want to be here THAT much later”

Just received my burrito I ordered and it is laughably bad. Apparently I ordered a rice burrito with lettuce, red salsa, and 3 peices of steak chunks. Two chunks were chewy fat. 15$ for a cold joke of a burrito. No meat. Ice cold because they put a cold 20oz coke on it while it sat. That’s fine. I can live with that. But after heating it up and seeing pretty much just rice wrapped in a tortilla. Not happy! And after reading the reviews of how dirty this place is. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

After researching, this location has had many health code violations. See photos. On multiple occasions, Anastasia the manager has been rude and condescending. She is very passive aggressive and says things with a fake smile. All I requested was for her staff to wipe the counter so I wouldn’t have a big mess outside of my burrito wrap. I asked her about tips and she said SHE DOES NOT NEED ANY TIPS. I asked if that was bc she is manager. She said yes. What about your employees miss? Do they deserve tips? See photos of what I brought up and let me know if I was wrong. I won’t ever eat here again unless I get contacted by mgmt. See the photos. Please demote or lay off the salty manager and promote someone with team values and customer service skills. People deserve better.

This chipotle gives the most littlest portions if I’m paying 14 bucks for a bowl I except good portions instead of I had to ask three times for more rice (rice also undercooked). I also paid extra for the guac only to be given barely a tablespoon of guac I would rather go out of my way to a different chipotle than go to this one closer by me

I drive out of my way to go to this Chipotle since they offer military discount. Came in today and the woman at the register insisted they did not do military discount and wouldn’t honor it. We walked out and won’t be coming back.
