My food was amazing! I got a double protein chicken and steak bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, fajita veggies, cheese, hot sauce, and romaine with a side of queso. Very balanced macros and I would definitely get this again. My only complaint is that the people who were making my bowl were very fast and they got some other ingredients into my bowl (ex a small amount of white rice and sofritas) it was not a problem for me, but I could see this being an issue for someone with dietary restrictions.

First I want to say, 2 years ago I wrote a review on Chipotle at a different location for the same issue, serving counter cleanliness. We decided to try another location which is now this one on Gulf to Bay in Clearwater Florida. I didn’t make to the order line because as soon as I saw this I said no way am I ordering from here. There were no staff at the counter and no customers in line which means they had enough time to clean this. The counter has several different toppings such as sour cream, cheese and lettuce and it is noticeable that there is salsa running/dripping back down into the condiments section. I took this picture and left without ordering because this is beyond unacceptable. So disappointed to see after my review 2 years ago this company has not taken any approach to keep their serving counter clean. And I say company because this is obviously a problem even at 2 different locations. This definitely should not be what you see walking into a restaurant to order food.

Horrible experience. Walked in to order no one was in line. Teenager boy who was supposed to be working the line was not. Another guy told him to serve the line and he said “no I don’t want to because I hate working the line” proceeded to then make us wait another 5 min while he just stood there. Another girl came out and served us. As she was serving us a guy in the back kitchen started yelling and throwing dishes. The other teenage workers all just laughed it off. Random friends of the workers was in the back just hanging out. The food station was super dirty and filthy.

Hit and miss sometimes, mostly good, but really frustrating to have a mobile order and receive such a tiny amount of chips in our bag. How does this even happen? Everything else was great, but really wanted chips and there were barely any and they were mostly crushed.

There was a chunk of beef in my black bean bowl.

The boy packing the food needs to be trained to be more careful. He tilted the bowl too much while making the bowl- making the outside of the bowl messy and had leaky liquid all over it.

The brown rice I received was undercooked and very hard to chew. I also selected extra lettuce and veggies, but the portion I got was extremely small — definitely not “extra.” The whole bowl felt poorly prepared and inconsistent with Chipotle’s usual standards.

I hope the team can take this seriously and improve the quality control. Thank you.

Love the food, but I don’t particularly care about how they throw the ingredients in the bowl. I get it, wanting to keep the line moving, but can you please not throw the food on top of one another? Also, if I want a little more, please give it to me; if it’s extra, I’ll pay, your food is definitely worth it and keep the honey chicken on the menu

Im seeing these negative reviews, but I think maybe the manager got fired or they hired new staff. My mom specifically asked me to leave a review because the young men working here were so kind and efficient! It’s rare to see hard workers these days. (Feb 28th at 9PM). They really were hard working and kind and the place was spotless! It’s a normal Chipotle but wanted to throw this squad some praise

This is the closest Chipotle to my home, but I usually avoid it and drive to the countryside location instead, which consistently provides a better experience. Today, we chose to come here simply because it was closer and we were hoping for a quick, in-and-out meal.

Despite only two customers being ahead of us, it still took over five minutes before we could place our order. There were four employees on the line, two assembling food and two working the register, but the process felt disorganized and inefficient.

When it was finally our turn, both my husband and I asked for bowls. The young man behind the counter asked if we wanted rice, and when we said yes, he told us we’d have to wait because he wasn’t allowed to refill it himself during “peak” hours, even though the rice container was within reach behind him. & to be clear he wasn’t kind or respectful about it, rather he seemed resentful to whatever policies he’s not allowed to ‘break’

We waited another five minutes before what appeared to be the shift lead or manager came over to start restocking the food. But before doing so, she stopped to joke around with the employee rather than address the delay. At no point was there an apology, a smile, or even basic courtesy. To make matters worse, they were out of several ingredients I had hoped to include in my bowl. And again all 4 (5 if you include the lead / manager) all standing there just waiting.

And then, the best part… when we sat down to eat, we noticed a dead roach on the floor in an already dirty dining area. We let the same shift lead know, and again, not a single word of apology or concern. She just swept it up and walked away.

We won’t be coming back after this experience.
