Chipotle overall is pretty good. It’s just this branch is a little bit chaotic on and off with their service. Sometimes they have good employees and sometimes employees are not as good. And almost every time I’ve been here it’s been a little bit messy. Garbage cans overflowing etc.

Me and my gf sat down at chipotle to eat her lunch and we look over and there’s a dead bug sitting right next to us on the table. The cashier is just sitting there on her phone and the tables out her in the lobby are a complete mess. The atmosphere is very messy and unwelcoming. On top of that the ac is out. Will not be back here.

The associate rushed through my order and scoffed when I explained I have food allergies and I needed my guacamole from a different container since the one there had been visibly cross contaminated with lettuce and cheese and I happen to be allergic to both. So I was waiting for the guacamole when the associate at the register charged me and put the receipt in my bag, but I wasn’t done I also wanted a drink. And I said : ‘Im not done Id like a drink’ , To what the first employee said with an attitude and raised her finger at me like I was a child: “give me one minute I was getting your guacamole you said you had food allergies”. It’s a chain so the food is consistent across the board, but if you are expecting a good attitude this isn’t your location. Order #519.

I have been coming to this location for as long I can remember. Recently though I have been getting wrong orders when I order pickup. I saw a cockroach while I was checking out. I literally wanted to leave my food and ask for a refund but I didn’t which was the worst mistake because I couldn’t even eat my food thereafter. I am writing this to bring awareness to this. I love chipotle but this location has to do better. So disgusted and disappointed. I called to speak with manager but never got connected.

Love the food. But they need better employees that actually care about the customers and them coming to spend money in today’s economy. I come here multiple times a week and depending on who’s on the line and how they feel about you is a direct correlation of how your food will be prepared. I’ve watched them give me a small portion of meat, rice, don’t drain my beans over my bowl, etc and give a person that looks like them double the amount of meat and food for the same price! This is extremely unfair and needs to be addressed. Also, the fajitas are ALWAYS soggy, mushy, and unappealing no matter what time you come to this location

I asked for extra chicken because she gave me not even a full scoop on my bowl. and she looked at me like i had murdered someone in her family and charged me extra. not to mention everyone looks mad in here. and do not come at night. unless u want some hard az chicken or meat.
