I want all of you to look at this bowl. Look at this. This is half a bowl. I am insulted.
I want to start off this review by saying that I am a HUGE Chipotle fan. I absolutely adore the restaurant. The monstrosity I “ate” at today is not Chipotle. Im pretty sure people on death row get more food. This is not up to Chipotle standards.
The main issue is the size or rather lack thereof of the bowl. This guy with a beard was watching the food line like a hawk, making myself and I’m pretty sure the employees, extremely uncomfortable. I get that there’s a bottom line, but this level of penny pinching is not only insulting to myself the costumer but should be to the establishment and the name Chipotle as a whole.
All in all I will never be “eating” at this disaster ever again. Frankly there is nothing to eat. Horrible portions, the service from the main workers was good but I know the manager is up to something with all that staring. Leave the workers alone, leave me alone, and put the rice in the bowl bro.

It all depends if the person behind the counter is “generous “ enough to give out bigger portions which most of the time is not the case and thats why no tip are given and stars are adequate. If its busy food is fresh and good and if they are not busy its a disaster.

I go to chipotle multiple times per week, and knowing I would get chipotle after genuinely got me through work tonight. I just received the most ridiculous portion I have ever seen in my probably hundred trips to a chipotle. I politely asked multiple times for a better portion, and all the employee could do was give me the most insultingly tiny half scoop extra and then charge me for double. Staying open past 10 was a mistake if the employees are gonna look and act this miserable. At least I could have just gone somewhere else.

So unorganized. Sticky floors. No designated area for pickups. They hold your order hostage behind the counter and you have to essentially skip people in line to pick up. Utter chaos. Employees indifferent at best. No system at all. Helping random people who just arrived. Mediocre food. No systems. Dirty restaurant. Bye bye. Never again. Mop a floor once in a while.

Chipotle overall is pretty good. It’s just this branch is a little bit chaotic on and off with their service. Sometimes they have good employees and sometimes employees are not as good. And almost every time I’ve been here it’s been a little bit messy. Garbage cans overflowing etc.

First time at this chipotle location, usually go to a different one. As soon as I got to the counter the employee while putting his gloves on wanted to know everything I was gonna have on my bowl I was hesitant to tell him since I felt extremely rushed and wanted him to acknowledge and remember what I’m gonna say for my order. I told him white rice extra rice and he kept asking about beans and meat before he even had the bowl pulled out. Then he gives me less than the standard amount of rice. I’m not even gonna mention the portions on the fajita veggies since there wasn’t much there. But there was plenty of rice and dude barely put any in my bowl when I asked for extra, before I could say anything he already put everything else in my bowl and sent it down the line. I feel extremely rushed when there was a very small line behind me.

I’m honestly disappointed with this Chipotle location. The wait times are ridiculous. It doesn’t matter if there are two people in line or ten — it somehow takes forever. The staff moves at a painfully slow pace, and instead of being welcoming or attentive, they act irritated when you ask for anything.
By the time you actually get your food, you’re annoyed, they’re annoyed, and the whole experience feels stressful and rushed. I love Chipotle, but this location seriously needs new management, better training, and a major improvement in how they treat customers.

I’ve been a customer of chipotle for many years now but today they really let me down. I came to have lunch with my girlfriend and to begin, the line was huge! Finally when it was our turn, the lady was extremely rude to my girlfriend when saying that there was no more veggies left and it would take 5 more minutes for them to be ready. She said “Yea I don’t know, probably like 5 more minutes, are you gonna wait?” My girlfriend who is a vegetarian was obviously going to wait as the vegetables are the only option Chipotle provides for vegetarian customers.
The wait was not 5 minutes though, it was more like 15 plus the time she had to wait in line, as she had to go on it again.
The guy at the register has no idea what he’s doing, you can tell he’s not trained well. He was extremely overwhelmed and holding the line up to the door of the restaurant.
Terrible experience! I hope this review gets to management.
