Okay. So I lived near the chipotle for about five years. Five years ago to chipotle was struggling and needed help. Food was always off. It was super dirty. Service so slow. Now the food is banging. You don’t come to Chipotle for the service you don’t come to chipotle for atmosphere you come to chipotle to get food that you love and is consistent. This place is doing it. They finally got the food down. I’ve been coming here consistently almost every week for two years now and I’m so pleased. Whatever they did Chipotle worked. Needs to be a little clean sometimes and smiling should be a focused, but other than that, this food is so good and I’m so happy. Kudos to you, Chipotle.

Shift Manager – Yandol not good.

I think I’ve been to a Chipotle maybe 2 other times in SC. This was the worst experience I’ve had in a while and I used to manage restaurants. The Carne Asade is advertised in a big picture with guacamole on top. Nothing next to the picture indicates that guacamole is an extra charge. I’m not a big fan of guacamole but I figured I’ll try it as advertised. When I get to the register I’m surprised to see that my bill was more than I was expecting. Guacamole is a $2.85 up charge. I told the lady that I don’t like guacamole that much and to remove it. I hadn’t touched my food or paid for it and they said they couldn’t do it. The lady was snide and said it’s right on the glass window. She was NOT PLEASANT. I said it’s not advertised that way. Yandol was right there and he chimed in and was getting a bit argumentative. I just wanted the guacamole removed. They wouldn’t do it. Ok, so where’s your manager? I said. He said that he was the manager. Nice. I didn’t make a scene. So I just paid my bill and went to go get a drink, some napkins and sit down. No napkins. Counters were filthy. Not a single napkin. Tables all of them were filthy. Food and napkins on the floor. Trash cans overflowing. So I go to Yandol and ask if we can get some napkins and someone to clean the tables. He’s now busy with the group of volleyball players I was a part of. One of the other dads started to refill the napkins. No one came to clean the tables. I went and asked again. Yandol said someone’s coming in a second. No they didn’t. I was half way through my meal before someone came to fill napkins and clean tables. And when the person did come he was not thrilled to get it done at any pace to accommodate the seating for the players. My daughter’s chicken was cold and the food was mediocre to say the least. I went to get clarification from Yandol about the spelling of his name and to let him know that his restaurant was filthy and this was his responsibility. I asked him if he liked working here? He said he did. He then said he was trying to make it right with me. I said you didn’t make any effort to make anything right with me. Your responsibility is to keep a clean restaurant and take care of your customers. He thanked me for bringing in a big group and spending money, but his sincerity lacked credibility.
I would avoid this establishment at all costs.

MYLES on the other hand , who was working the food line was AWESOME!!!

May be he should be considered for the manager position.

Just purchased a burrito bowl and during the checkout there was a staff member constantly texting on her phone and she basically was throwing my stuff in the to-go bag. I saw her throw my sauces into the bag, when I got home I found sauce containers opened from her throwing them in. Car carpet was stained from the liquid leaking.
The woman packing my order was careless, she was borderline rude and I am so disappointed with the service for my to-go order.

Not sure what happened here because before the bowls were much better. I hate leaving one star reviews. But I’ve complained numerous times on the chipotle app and gotten no response at all. If I place a pick up order, I get the most pathetic bowl you’ve ever seen.

You guys are way too inconsistent with your portion sizes. Sometimes it’s fine, other times it’s tiny. This bowl is literally 80% rice, and when I asked the server to make the portions bigger, he refuses. It’s laughable service. It’s worth noting that he’s tiny and probably doesn’t need a normal serving size himself. Your servers need to be trained on how to give consistent and proper sized servings. I used to come here several times a week. I will not be going here anymore, because it’s a waste of money. I finished the bowl and I could literally eat another one.

Worst Chipotle I’ve been to and I’ve given them a few chances. Every encounter with every employee is unpleasant no greeting even when greeting them first, it isn’t reciprocated they just look at you as if they’re doing you a favor dishing out paltry portions and stale tortilla chips. Do not recommend just do yourself a favor and go across the street to Qdoba where the food and service is better.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, and it’s consistently disappointing. The restaurant is often dirty, including the prep area and dining space, which is unacceptable.

The portion sizes are wildly inconsistent and frequently about half of what they’re supposed to be especially considering the price. One visit it’s decent, the next it’s mostly rice with very little protein.

On top of that, the staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. Simple questions or requests are met with attitude, eye rolls, or dismissive behavior, which makes the experience uncomfortable every time.

Chipotle used to be known for quality and consistency, but this location seriously misses the mark on cleanliness, portion control, and customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning unless major improvements are made.

I’ve been a longtime Chipotle customer, and while consistency hasn’t always been perfect, I’ve never had an experience like this.

We arrived around 7:00 p.m. on a Monday and were told several key ingredients were unavailable, including chicken, steak, corn, and vegetables. Our bowls were made with whatever was left. Fresh chicken was then prepared, but after getting home we discovered the chicken in our bowls was raw.

This wasn’t just a bad experience, it was a serious safety issue, especially since this chicken was being served to other customers as well. Due to the health risk, we won’t be returning for the foreseeable future.

Extremely disappointed.

Disappointed from the beginning. It was busy but there is no reason for the state of the place. The guy serving was sweating all over and I was afraid it would fall in the food. Also, his communication style consists of grunts and points. The dining room was filthy. Every table was dirty. The garbage was overflowing. The soda and condiments stand had trash on it and there was barely anything left. There were no fresco drinks and looks like there never were any today. The music was at full blast. I wish I could say that the food was good but, no. The chips were stale which seems impossible because of the volume of food going out. The food was cold and the drinks were warm. I’m sorry y’all. I hate giving a bad review but, it was really bad today.

Chipotle is my favorite fast food. I rarely go this location (I have been here maybe 4 other times) and there is always something that is not right. Today, they didn’t have the mild sauce and I was not even warned about it until I got to that station. I asked how long it will take and they declined to answer ( I was willing to wait), then they said 30 minutes at least. Not even an apology. I paid for my meal but I gave it away to a homeless person. Very disappointed at their customer service from this location that is damaging the brand.
