Honestly was a pretty mid chipotle. Are the private equity (PE) takeovers affecting Chipotle as well? Come on guys! Honestly the food was not fresh but the staff was nice and helpful. This Chipotle location is very busy. It took me about 20 minutes until I ordered.
Parking can also be difficult as this location is in an area with many other eateries.
I tried the new carne asada tacos which were yummy and flavorful.
There were plenty of places to eat inside and outside. Many inside tables were dirty on the table and under.
Honestly, they seemed short staffed. I have to say this Chipotle was the dirtiest one I’ve ever been to.

Need to remind myself to avoid this location. I came in specifically because they have a habit of shorting in portion size only to have it happen right in front of me. I understand being mindful of portion size on expensive ingredients like proteins, but running out of beans and pushing people along and shorting on stuff like cheese is disappointing to say the least.
Added to the fact that the staff I worked with struggled to not curse during our brief interaction wasn’t my favorite thing.
If this is the direction of the business at this point, Cava will be my preferred option. At a minimum, I’d suggest people choose a different Chipotle location; this one seems to be struggling.

I walked in about 15 minutes after they opened and couldn’t believe how filthy it already was — the counters and glass were so dirty I could barely see through to order. It also smelled like dirty soap water. I almost walked right back out because it didn’t feel sanitary at all, especially that early in the day. The staff was friendly, I’ll give them that. The meat portion was smaller than an average person would care for. But I just can’t get over how dirty the place was right after opening! Do better, Chipotle! Oh and also, there was no ice…30 mins after opening…

Be prepared to wait… a long time some days. If you can wait 10 minutes with no one in front of you to be seen, then this is the place for you.
Out of ingredients? This happens quite often.
Parking? What parking? If you liked bumper cars as a child and tight spaces, you’ll absolutely love it here. Wonder if your car will get dinged? There’s no question about it. The parking is 3rd world country small and not meant for normal sized vehicles. I’m also not sure how people passed their driving test with how abysmal people park here. Half the lot states compact car but in reality the whole lot is for compact cars.

I’ve never experienced such a dirty place and I love this restaurant. I always go to the one over on MacDill and Gandy! The chicken had so much Grizzle in it was awful I just pray this was a bad day for you guys because I really love the food but not there in the rudeness and uncleanness! And when you try to use your reward card it’s like you’ve asked them to open up the Vault and it like it off like it’s such a big deal! Way too big of a hurry way too big of a hurry I ate there today about 3:00! The manager I talked to agreed with me so what does that say

Disgusted with this location! I came in right as they opened. It was extremely loud. Some of the ladies in the back were screaming at each other, laughing and carrying on very loudly. After I placed my to go order, and left I didnt think anything else of it. I get home after a 10 minute drive and they put the bowl in crooked, so it leaked all over my car. Before I realized my seats were wet I picked up the bag and the bowl fell though the bottom of the bag! See attached pictures of the mess. I tired to call the location and OF COURSE YOU CANT TALK TO ANYONE ONLY SOME BS AI ORDERING SYSTEM. I wonder if a manager will contact me??

If I this Chipotle Restaurant zero stars, I would. First, my friend did not receive their extra guacamole that we paid for and messed up her order. In addition, there was hair in her order!!! The order took a long time to finish… do not recommend pls don’t eat here unless you want hair in your food
