I frequent this chipotle since moving into the area. This was one of the worst experiences I have had at any chipotle. While I was waiting in line the person starting the orders was cursing to one of the cooks… there were children in line. Then I ordered my food to go and got home to eat. I am not sure how to adequately explain how dry the steak was tonight. Hard as a rock, not edible, literally terrible. This was also a kids meal, this steak was a choking hazard to any child. A very disappointing experience as a whole.

I’m just going to say it – Chipotle, especially this location, skimps on chicken/protein and lettuce EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’ve ordered online from this location twice and each time, they forgot the queso I paid extra for. To be fair, quality and experience is inconsistent no matter which location you go to now. Chipotle as a whole has gone way downhill over the years. The food is absolutely tasteless, the portions are smaller, and everything is priced double what it used to be. I know I’m not the only one who’s noticed. They were in the national news for this in 2024 and it looks like they’re at it again. I’m done giving this greedy company, which is turning record profits despite the plunge in quality, my business.

Hey Chipotle execs: stop being greedy and focus on quality again. While you’re at it, pay your frontline workers a livable wage in this economy. They bust their butts and follow your greedy protocols while you’re padding your salaries every quarter. Welcome to post-pandemic capitalist America, I guess.

I have never been to such a nasty looking chipotle! First off, there was only three guys running the place and it also has a drive-through. The service itself was fine. The employees were upbeat and friendly. However, the entire restaurant was disgustingly dirty food everywhere garbage everywhere the soda station there was water on the floor, ice overflowing in the machine. It was a complete mess. Of course I don’t blame the staff. I do know that it is the upper management or whomever is doing the schedule. How could you schedule only three people on a busy Sunday afternoon if it weren’t for my kids who were set on getting chipotle today I would’ve walked right out. The store manager needs to do better! I’m only giving two stars because my service was good.

Need better communication among staff. Workflow lacked compared to other locations. Chips were stale. Only bright spot was young man who was upselling me to try “honey chicken” bowl. Tasted great and satisfying my cravings.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with fast food. There was a family in front of me. Young black lady came from back, EYE CONTACT, immediately asked how she could help, no mumbling, no attitude for leaving one duty to assist else where. I asked for a veggie bowl. She asked if I wanted tofu and avocado she didn’t “assume” I didn’t want it just because I chose ” veggie”. She fixed my plate, pushed it down. She got ready to walk away. Realized the cashier that had rang the family up infront walked away. She came back, bagged my food and rung me up. No attitude in body language. She showed great TEAM WORK, PROFESSIONSLISM AND COURTEOUS.
I left out and came back in. I realized I dropped something. Most would act like they don’t see you and assume you are back to complain. She immediately acknowledged me and walked towards the counter from washing the table in cooking area. I informed her I dropped something and didn’t need anything.
* I appreciate her service above and beyond for fast food.
I wish I’d asked her name.

Today, I took my wife to Chipotle for the first time. This was only my 3rd time going to a Chipotle and the first time being at this restaurant. My wife and I had questions because of not being too familiar with the restaurant. It was so loud in there we could barely understand what the young lady was saying. While assisting us with our order, she said, “hold on!” Then went to take the people behind us order. I was curious about their salsa, but I never got a chance to ask before she sealed the bowl and asked, is that it? It wasn’t. We still needed drinks, and we wanted some chips to go with our bowls. She seemed to be in such a hurry to get us through that she wasn’t listening to us. We were going to eat in the restaurant but she made out meals to go. The salsa was very hot so much so my wife couldn’t eat it. The taste of the bowls was good. Even though we had a hard time carrying on a conversation because of how loud it was…my wife said she would be for giving it another shot. I probably would want to try a different Chipotle. I will say they do pack the burritos. It was interesting watching them build the orders.

This is probably the worst location I’ve been to. The two girls making the burritos didn’t want to be there, the manager had to keep telling them to get of there phones. The fridge next to the register isn’t working and there’s dirty towels just laying out by the soda machine. Not to mention it was 8:15 pm and the teas and lemonades were broken down.
The food was good, but everything else could use work.

Out of convenience I’ve had drive thru from this location a few times and order via the app. When this location first opened it was exactly what I expected -good food, good portions, fast service. Not anymore!

A few weeks ago I went to pick up my order. Guy at window asked for the name on the order. I said “Mike”. He looks at the orders he has and says I don’t have anything for a Mike. He asks if it’s under a different name so I try my name -nope. So I call my husband to make sure I’m at the right location and of course I am. I tell window guy the order# and what we ordered. After a few more rounds of verifying w my husband and asking window guy to check again I finally say the magic word “Michael” instead of Mike. What a surprise! Our order was there all that time (getting cold) but window guy couldn’t figure out that Mike and Michael were the same. Seriously? How inept can one guy be? I feel bad when Jenny doesn’t say Jennifer or Bill doesn’t say William.

Yesterday we tried again. Both our orders were ice cold. It was as if they put them in a blast chiller after preparing the order. I actually put mine in our microwave to heat. Also who’s teaching these employees how to roll a burrito? It should be rolled up so you get a little of everything in one bite. Mine was rolled in layers where I only got 1 ingredient at time.

I’m sure I’ll be dumb enough to return (for the convenience) but when possible I’ll be getting my Chipotle at a different location.

This chipotle has the worst management and staff of any I have been to. Multiple times I have ordered online to pick up in the drive thru and they have not been able to complete the order or have it ready within 30 minutes of the pickup time. The staff are rude when you question why it’s taking so long and have an attitude of it’s not my problem. Avoid this chipotle at all costs or you are likely to not get your food.

When you have to get a refund they tell you to use a boy in the app that you can’t find and doesn’t work. Last time I had to get refunded because they couldn’t/wouldn’t complete my order it took over and hour calling chipotles support line to cancel and get my money back.

I recently ordered a kid’s meal from Chipotle, a cheese quesadilla with brown rice and black beans. It was specifically for my 11-month-old baby. I was shocked to find that the black beans were extremely spicy and had a strong salsa-like smell. I didn’t realize how spicy they were until my baby started crying after eating them. It was heartbreaking, and I felt awful for not catching it sooner.
This was a kid’s meal, so I trusted that it would be made with children in mind! Mild, simple, and safe for young eaters. There was no warning about spice, and it’s unacceptable that something intended for a kid would be prepared that way.
Chipotle really needs to clearly mark when items are spicy, especially in kid’s meals that are intended for children. I’m very upset by this experience.
