I have hair in my food. Please wear hair nets! The food was delicious. The tortilla chips were salted nicely but mixed with fresh ones and stale/hard to chew ones.The portion was great. When I got down to the best part, the end portion. I noticed a long black hair. I have locs and my hair is naturally tightly coiled.

Well, I was hungry for some Chipotle and I wasn’t satisfied. Although I’ll give credit where it’s due: They keep the tables clean this time. The service was not good. They were non-accommodating and when we asked for a quesadilla, they said ‘That’s only for online orders’ and ignored us. Just… why?
The food wouldn’t been okay if it weren’t for the crunchy rice on my burrito. But other than that, the food was up to the Chipotle standard. Overall, I recommend going somewhere else.

I don’t usually write reviews, but in this case I felt it was necessary because this location seems to keep getting worse.
Today, I was at my bank and I decided to stopped by and buy queso and chips. Before I got inside, I checked the Chipotle app and I saw I had a reward for a free queso.
When I arrived, there was only one person in line getting food, and since I was only buying queso and chips and not a bowl or burrito, I went straight to the cashier. I showed her my reward, and she told me there was a $5 minimum to use the reward. I told said to her that was it was fine and that I would just buy the queso and chips instead of using the reward.
However, the cashier (an older lady with short hair) responded with a disrespectful way and told me to “go to the line.” I’ve been to many other Chipotle locations where the cashier usually handles items like queso or guacamole and chips, so it didn’t seem necessary to stand in the line just for queso and chips.
Management really needs to address the customer service and attitude of some employees at this location. This location is always dirty and the food is raw. Experiences like this make customers reconsider where they spend their money. I will be calling corporate so they can find a solution for this location.

Very disappointed in my visit. The place was so dirty…The floors looked like someone just dumped trash on them. It just looked very unsanitary. The white rice was just plain, no cilantro at all. It was a 30 min wait for brown rice. I know this place is busy there’s no reason for the place to looked so trashed. The cooking area was a complete mess. If we couldn’t see it, that would be better little, but if it’s in the open eye…the employees need to learn to clean up behind themselves.

The person who was serving the protien I noticed was serving very small portion and when I asked if he can please put more he put two pieces of steak. Judging by the 2.6 reviews looks like others have had poor experience here and sadly this is a new location. Poor customer service!

Most of the faces were not happy while serving customers. Also the utensils area was a real mess and it took a long while to get someone to clean and tidy up the area. I am very happy with the food, although I think the protein portion is still a bit small.

I was very hesitant to use my gift card at this location but am pleased. Order inside and left within 10minutes. All foods are prepped and ready. The guy that did my bowl messed up and gave me pinto beans instead of black, I corrected him and he was super nice about it. One of employees was training another, which is awesome to see. Despite the poor reviews through the mobile app, I found going inside much better.
One of the downsides is the chips are not fresh and are stale. Mine also did not have enough salt or lime, so that was disappointing.
It’s really close to where I live but going into this location is a bit ridiculous and pulling out of the parking spaces are tight and inconvenient.
Overall it seems like they are trying to do better. FYI I went around 12pm, so that might also be different during rush hour.

I was very reluctant to try this new location because of the reviews and was pleasantly surprised. I went on a Friday night and the line inside was to the door the whole time. It was worth the ~10 min wait; the food was fresh, tasty, and portions were good. The staff were friendly and could’ve easily been overwhelmed by the crowd. My order was accurate and prepared fast, the line even moved quickly with 12 people in front of me. I found a table across from the drink station and it could’ve been cleaner, but with the crowd I totally understand that they needed all hands in the kitchen. I applaude the manager, Jerald, and whole staff for stepping it up big time based on my experience and hope more people leave more recent reviews. I will be back!

The way they ration their portions with protein is ridiculous. Ordered on their app and picked it up in the drive through, very efficient and convenient, but once I opened up my chicken bowl order.. literally only half a spoonful of chicken in my bowl. Not worth it. Food tasted good but never coming back here again. You will waste your money
