This chipotle should be shut down. I mean the service is so horrible every time it’s actually entertaining… I go with the lowest expectations but this is one of those draw the line moments. Thank god I noticed it before eating this. Which is something I can’t say about the person who made the food. I mean every single tortilla has big green mold splotches.

The worst part is we tried calling several times to let the store know they’re actively selling mold to customers but the system is set up so you can’t speak to anyone in the store. So yeah hopefully ppl look at their food before they eat it.

ATROCIOUS customer service. If you are hungry please just go elsewhere. I went to this location last night. I’m standing there for at least 6-8 minutes. Staff is walking all around avoiding eye contact. After no one acknowledged me I walk to the end of the counter where you pay for your order. I said I’d like to place an order I was told I had to go back to the other end of the counter to do that. I explained as she obviously observed that I had been standing there not being acknowledged despite multiple staff persons walking around. Even after this exchange no one asked if they could take my order. I walked out. I am so happy that I did. It was then that I took notice of how disgusting the restaurant was. There was trash all over the floor and it was overflowing from the receptacle. I turned and stopped there was food on the floor on the tables and I shook my head. I’d never been so happy to be ignored in my life.

Management and staff in desperate need of training. The Dept of Health may need to pay a visit as well.

I ordered a kids steak quesadilla for my daughter. When we got home we discovered they gave us 2 plain tortillas and cold steak on the side. Definitely not a quesadilla. They gave us regular milk instead of chocolate. I had to drive back after arriving home already. They didn’t offer anything for our troubles. I asked if we could at least get free chips. We did get that and they remade the order. Everything was very mediocre. Will not be back to this location.

EVERY time that I order from this location (through UberEats) I get a Veggie Bowl and of course get fajita veggies. They have not put the veggies A SINGLE TIME I HAVE ORDERED.

I keep convincing myself to try again, but it’s like if they don’t have them ready at that time or something, they’ll just make your order wrong and send it anyways.

It’s literally a VEGGIE BOWL. So instead I’ve just received another mound of white rice with some mediocre toppings.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a chipotle. I’m not someone who posts complaints but damn. I don’t know if they where just having a bad night. I ordered my usual and the server entirely rushed through the entire process, scooping in things I was not even asking for and then proceeded to seal it off I was so dissatisfied. I went back to have it remade correctly and the remake was the exact same way. Extremely disappointed in this experience.

First of all, it is sad to see a place where I come in to enjoy a meal and the first thing I see is a dirty place with trash on the floor and trash bins overflowing. Then, the personnel serving food with nose piercings , lip piercings and all kind of bs on their face, I am just waiting to find a nose piercing inside my food. DISGUSTING AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL. THEN, WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF WEARING A HAIR NET AND HAT IF YOUR HAIR IS OUT AND NOT contained??? Can we please go back to the basics?? Stop all these nonsense, NOBODY wants to be served by employees that clearly don’t give a damn about professionalism. SAD TIMES, QUALITY HAS GONE WAY LOW.. NO STANDARDS!!

if you are in need of help, don’t reinvent the wheel!! CHIK FILEA HAS IT RIGHT. GO AND CHECK THEM OUT, CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST FOR FAST FOOD!! THEY TAKE PRIDE AND INSTILL PRIDE ON EMPLOYEES!! STOP BY AN ESTABLISHMENT AND TAKE NOTES. OR I will BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO COME CLEAN IT UP AND TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES FOR FREE!!

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at the Chipotle location at 25442 Sierra Center Blvd, Lutz, FL 33599. On September 22, 2024, I placed an order to go, which included three vegetarian bowls.

While the food itself was delicious, as usual, I was extremely frustrated by the way my order was packaged. The three bowls were placed in a single paper bag, which became quite heavy and caused one of the bowls to leak. Unfortunately, when I tried to remove the bag from my car, the leaking bowl broke open, spilling its contents onto the ground. Due to the extensive leakage, I was unable to eat any of the bowls. Additionally, the recipe card in the bag got soggy and was ruined.

I have been a loyal customer of Chipotle for many years, and I have always appreciated the quality of your food. However, this recent experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take steps to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.

I would like to suggest that Chipotle consider separating individual bowls into separate bags or using plastic or short wraps around the bowls to prevent leaks from affecting the entire bag. This would help to ensure that orders are packaged more securely and reduce the risk of spills, especially when using paper bags.

I would also like to request a refund or compensation for the spoiled bowls, as I was unable to enjoy my entire meal due to the packaging issue. Additionally, I would like to point out that the paper bag used for my order was not particularly sturdy, and it seemed to contribute to the leaking.

We showed on on Thanksgiving Eve, not knowing they had BOGO. The line was crazy long, and my expectations were low – but they did amazing!! They were super efficient. It was like everyone knew what they were doing and did their part. They were friendly. If they felt stressed, they didn’t show it. And, of course, the food was delicious!

Food was good, but God forbid if you’re not a regular and forget to ask for something until the end of the line….I forgot to ask for guacamole, which they were out of anyways, even when I asked I was made to feel like a child “why didn’t you ask for it sooner?!?!”…..because I forgot since there was none on display…..then I forgot to ask the cashier for red chimichurri sauce, so I went back in to ask, again the cashier asks “why didn’t you aks (yes spelled like that on purpose) for it sooner?!?!?” Because, like I said, I forgot……she acted like she was doing me a huge favor and proceeded to charge me…..I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a bunch of kids behind the counter. I was offered a bogo by customer service…..no, a bogo requires me to spend more money at Chipotle, I refuse… unbelievable!
