. I go in to chipotle and order a burrito with steak and chicken I ask for double portion of both. the lead at the register tells me it’s $25 for one burrito which doesn’t even add up. they completely over charged me. I got on the app and make the same exact meal and it comes out to $15 mind you the other day I came in for the exact same thing and it was $15. they barley wanted to refund me the right price and told me they would have to remake the burrito just for them to throw it away. And none one knows how to properly fold a burrito one side of the burrito is rice and the other is meat I cant stand some of the workers at this location just terrible customer service. Even the manager that was there that night barely wanted to help they were all just laughing at the situation. this chipotle once again needs to go through another management process bc they still suck. worst chipotle
The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the entire ordering process. They moved quickly and efficiently while still taking the time to answer questions and accommodate our requests. Their positive attitude and professionalism made the experience pleasant and smooth.
We ordered two bowls—one standard and one fully loaded with all the works. Both bowls were prepared neatly with generous portions and fresh ingredients. The chicken was tender and seasoned well, the vegetables were crisp, and the toppings all tasted clean and flavorful. Everything came together nicely, and we had no issues with the food whatsoever.
Overall, this Chipotle delivered exactly what you hope for: good service, a clean atmosphere, and fresh, well-prepared food. It didn’t have a standout “wow” moment that pushes it into five-star territory, but it was consistently good across the board. I’d definitely return to this location and would recommend it for a dependable, satisfying meal.
Everyone was working very hard, very quickly and was very pleasant. The people in line were huffing and puffing and rolling their eyes as to-go order, after to-go order, after to-go order came rolling in.
It’s just a matter of too much demand in my opinion. Some of the eating surfaces had leftover food because people are messy/lazy so I took 30 seconds and cleaned off the large long table by the window.
I worked fast food when I was a teenager, so I have a whole lot more grace for these employees.
The line was long but I’ve seen longer, and the employees got it down pretty well so no complaints there. Immediately when I ordered my meal, I was asked if both entrees would be made the same and I was confused. As I was thinking about what was even said, the tall worker with glasses answered for me and said “No,” and continued making my entrees while asking questions to me about my girlfriend’s bowl. Like I don’t know man, just do your job and ask her.
All of the workers were behaving as if they would rather be anywhere else in the world. When I asked for chips and salsa, the skinny blonde girl with thick glasses didn’t even put my salsa in the bag and we had to go back for it. She also didn’t hand me the cup at all and had the audacity to roll her eyes at me. Probably the rudest food service worker I’ve ever encountered in my life was this blonde girl.
In conclusion, my experience at this chipotle was so off-putting I will no longer be eating at any Chipotle establishment across the country and I’d advise everyone and anyone to do the same. There’s a reason why this places stock value plummeted and nobody wants to eat here anymore.
We used to enjoy coming to Chipotle for many years but stopped due to having kids not eating out as much. The quality of Chipotle was trending downward when we last had Chipotle but wanted to give it another chance and brought our kids who are older now and are open to trying new food.
Meal prep and ordering was fine but all the tables were dirty. We told the skinny blonde girl with glasses working the register and she begrudgingly grabbed a rag and walked over to the table. She looked visibly upset and used a very wet rag to wipe down the table. She surprised our daughter when she splashed her with the dirty wet rag and our daughter mentioned she got wet. The employee didn’t apologize and acted like she didn’t notice.
We also received stale chips and had to go back to the same girl working the register to ask for another bag. No apology, just more annoyance. The second bag was also stale but we had decided to cut our losses and power through them.
$60 for a few bowls, chips and queso and terrible customer service? No thanks. We’ll just keep praying they open a Fresh Kitchen closer.
When I expressed concern about the service I was receiving, I did so calmly and without using any profane or inappropriate language. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, a supervisor who I am assuming was the skinny Black male present responded rudely, took the food, and stated that they “have the right to refuse service.”
I understand a business’s right to refuse service, nothing in my behavior warranted that response. His response felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
Customer concerns should be handled with professionalism and respect, not hostility.
